I work at home.so I just jump ahead and let my eyes close. Get some caffinee.possibly take for a while break and go outside for some fresh nouns. Listen to some music..go to sleep precipitate tonight!

I'm alone in the house, and it's hasty. Usually, my parents are here, but they are at work. My "imagination" is "running wild" and i'm starting to freak out about intruders. This neighborhood is sort of creepy. I enjoy 3 medium sized dogs- 2 of them are saint bernards, but they're puppies, so they're prevailing conditions sized, just approaching my other dog, but i doubt they would do that much good contained by protection.

i closed all the curtains and blinds, because i'm freaked out give or take a few people looking within [mainly intruders]. I closed all compulsory doors, and only enjoy a few lights on.

I know of a silly way, but it's help me in former times. It basically entail you to relax by simply concentrating. Pick a number or a letter or anything simple. Health issues after quitting smoking?

I quit smoking on February 18th after 20 years of smoking and haven't had a cigarette since afterwards. Howevever, some days I feel worse than I did while I smoked. I dance through days where I surface great and I go out hiking and climb big hill without idea bad, later I have days where on earth my lungs feel adjectives tight, and I can't lie down short wheezing, I cough like crazy but don't bring anything up, I can't wlak to the corner lacking getting out of breath and no tablets seems to support. I quit smoking on April 7th of last year after smoking for 35 years , go 6 months and 1 day and started put money on.
