I don`t know you're just tired and sentiment run down. the best thing to do is newly rest and make sure you drink plenty of marine and take a analgesic (paracetamol). if you're not better in a few days next it would be worthwhile to go see your doctor as your blood pressure may be low, so it would be advisable to check it out.

Now about mixing medication.most don't realize what they are doing when they start mixing herbal with Rx. They don't even really know what herb they are taking most of the time. Most freshly see "increase memory" "stay awake" "be more alert" they are looking for a quick fix because they can't come across to find the time to eat right, return with plenty of rest ect.. ect.. ect.
Most people want to realize that ALL drugs and herbs own side effects and can be potentially LETHAL if ya don't know what your doing.

Herbals can produce some nasty interactions. St. John's Wort is a disgracefully bad drug when it comes to interactions. For most herb, no good research own been done on interactions.
