Hello, I was 7 years older when I had to attain mine, that was 16 years ago. All I remember I be that it hurt alot because they had to do it contained by an emergency. They had me lay on my side beside my knees tucked up to my chest. Nowadays, they will probably have you sit on the side of the bed, fondness over a table. It depends on the situation if they will let your mom stay next to you. They didn't let my mom stay within with me because it be an extreme emergency. Mom said she could hear me screaming down the hall...but that because they didn't hold time to numb me. They will numb you, so you won't feel it, and yes, they probably will tolerate you mom stay in next to you. Hope this helps and I don't anticipate to scare you.

Well arthroscopy is a less invasive form of surgery that be previously used on the knee - in the past they would open your knees right up and leave a huge defacement. With an arthroscopy you will have four or five small entry points and they use cellulose optics to see inside your knee. The cartilage will be cut out and trimmed. Afterwards it can be tight depending on the amount of 'debris' removed from your knee but you should consistency a whole lot better. Safety - resourcefully I have have 6 knee operation five of which have be arthroscopies. Any operation has its risks largely because of the anaesthetic. However today the risks are really minimal - infection afterwards is the other risk.
Arthroscopy's are not cures as such but you should get an enhanced knee.
