I think I going through depression, I'm planning a wedding ceremony that is within 3 days. I have be depressed for a bout 5 weeks now. every time I hear a bad communication, which I have be hearing every afternoon and my life is not going the channel I want it to be. so What is the solution? please help and is it gonna be alright after adjectives that stress or it is gonna affect me?

I had this problem flying from the UK to New Zealand...24hour flight! Change you clock straight away so you are on the time of the place where on earth you land. Drink heaps of hose (and avoid alcohol) on the flight.
At your destination try to stay awake until its bed time (force yourself) you can run on fumes for a while..maybe progress to be slightly earlier and attain a good night sleep.

Hormone inconsistency?

I have extreme PMS symptoms two weeks earlier my period starts. I take back ache so bad that I sometimes can't stride, cramps where i can't breathe, i retain 7 pounds of dampen every month. Does anyone else hold trouble sleeping when working the hours of darkness shift?

I am having a easier said than done time adjusting to working the hours of darkness shift. When do you sleep? When you get home, or back work?
Answers:
It depends how long you will be on night shift and whether you want to adjust completely or not. It also depends whether others live next to you and/or whether you need/want to continue to do anything during the daytime when you are off.

If you are trying to adjust completely, I find it help to start a few days before starting hours of darkness shift just staying up for a time later respectively night. This will obtain you a little tired out. Then, the daytime before hours of darkness shift stay up all darkness, or as close enough to adjectives night as you can. Go to sleep at 7 or 8 am. Sleep as long as possible. You may still rouse up at noon or 2 pm. That's OK, obtain up in that covering and work your night shift. You will be tired this first dark at some point. When you get home, sleep. Keep doing this. When you are stale, stay up at night and sleep during the year.

If you are not trying to adjust completely, do the above but sleep the nights you are contained by addition to sleeping during the sunshine.

Note: I work 12-hour shifts. The above may vary for you.
I sleep as soon as I receive home. It's cooler quieter and maybe dark if you get home hasty enough.

I sometimes might run a mile or two if I'm too wired but it's easier to sleep contained by the mornings.

In a previous enthusiasm, I did both.
some time I do but my body is starting to get use to it. I work Monday - Thursday 10:30 to 6:00 And i can't plunge a sleep right away so I Run & work out in the moring when I win home Then take my sister to academy and I don't sleep until 8:00 am. if i can not fall a sleep i read a book and that puts me to sleep. do something that you know will put you to sleep. I am on payment where I live so I go and get home quick & my sister academy is not that far so we walk. I sleep in the past & after work in the light of day small naps within the day 25 min.
I used to work surrounded by graveyard shifts (7pm to 7am). It is normal that you cannot sleep in good health if you are just starting to work darkness shift. Here are some tips:

- melatonin (a must) : I took 1-2mg. I have colleagues that help yourself to up to 6 mg. The average is about 3mg. This is non chemical addition. Another point is melatonin need no doctor's prescription. You can read more from this site

I enjoy even read from books on melatonin that it is an anti-aging pill. Not bad. You sleep and stop growing mature.
- On the air con so that the afternoon boil will not affect your sleep.
- Make sure the room is dark by covering the window with gelatinous curtains (it will be easy if your room is nouns con.)
- Try not to wake up for lunch. The sunlight will sort you more awake. Take a heavy breakfast.
- use lavender aromatherapy. Lavender smell relief me to sleep after a night shift.

- The most important rule is not to force yourself to sleep.
- Get a boring book next to a topic you want to learn. Read until you are in place to sleep. Listen to classic music as you read.
