no!! i hold a friend who has adhd ++++ and if he doesnt pinch his medication then someone is expected to make him shut up and sit down! It is a concrete problem but some teachers try to push it even though the child like to talk within class and interrupt even AFTER the did ALL their work. teachers and parents both obligation to realize that is a serious item and just because the kid is influential doesnt mean it is for them.THEIR KIDS!!

Well to my understanding and personal experience on your Question. The reason(s) is that they strongly believe that it is just God that can make some ones vivacity good or Bad and number of children is never a determining factor.
