Feel similar to I'm getting sick Can't AFFORD to miss work/see doctor Please Help :(?
I feel approaching something (a virus) has be trying to attack me for about days gone by week. I feel so horrible when I rouse up for the first few hours I wake up next to a stuffy nose and irritated throat and sinus pressure. It seem to go away after time but comes put a bet on right before bed time. I enjoy not been ingestion that much as I normally do I haven't have an appetite and have be very lantern headed and dizzy lately. I am other washing my hand to prevent germs being spread but I perceive like a cold is coming on and I cannot afford to be sick and cannot miss work. Are here any home remedies or any thing I can do/buy at the local drug store to take home me better? Are there unmistaken foods/beverages I should be drinking? I am drinking water (always do). I own been sleeping for 8-12 hours the recent past few days and usually only necessitate 6-7 hours.Does this sound approaching I am getting sick? Please help me out I am unbelievably broke at the moment and can't afford to be ill :( :(

OK Chicky--I'm not the pro but here are some concept: Pump extra 1000mg Vitamin C along w/ your daily multi-vitamin, but just do that for 2 days. There products on the shelf that help bump your immune system. Go to the local drug store and do some sticky label reading and/or talk w/ the pharmasist. I hold heard Airborne is biddable. I personally use a product by BOIRON call "osillococcinum." It's homeopathic. Take a double dose on the first onset of symtems (ok if ya do it now) and 6hrs next a single dose. When your just sittin' aroung rub adjectives if your sinus areas. You want to penatrate the sinus areas to keep them from clogging. Also rub at the back and below the ear area. As for ingestion, my family eat alot of garlic & onion in any form beside many of the dishes that I manufacture. !ALOT! Blueberries have alot of antitoxins which are highly helpful too. Ya gotta remember to drink to keep your body strong to scuffle off any illnesses. So devour. Good for you for drinking water. It help flush the bugs.(germs) Resting is also good for your body. When you are sleeping the body is busy restorative. Oh yeah, for the upper respitory and sinus or even for a somach ailment take something like a1/2C of warm wwater and a 1T of cayenne and mix together and put down the hatch. I know i enjoy at most minuscule one autoimmume disorder, but do I hold more?
After having my son 12/2005, I developed at autoimmune disorder which raison d`¨ºtre me to have Hashimoto thyriod disease (hypothyroidism). I own also suffer from chronic hives since then. Is this a adjectives thing beside my condition or could this be another autoimmue disorder that my doctor has not found (who have left immediately, and my next appt. will be near someone new)? Should I see a hormone specialist? My hives get worst during my term, but in the recent past week they have spread adjectives over my arms and legs. They normally stayed on my shine bone nouns and under control. I haven't be myself since the birth of my child. I enjoy had chronic hives since I be a little girl (I'm nearly 21- individual 20 days left!). The hive "attacks" be worse when I first got them. They get milder over time- the hives were smaller number extensive and lasted for a shorter time.

If you are, the location of hive breakouts and the severity can come and go between attacks. I can get them on my arms, or my legs, or my pay for, or my stomach, or two or more of those areas during an attack. The severity of my attacks also varied- they could last for hours of days. Nowadays, I win them most commonly on my arms (though I still get them elsewhere occassionally) and they just last a few hours. And, I tend to breakout after I've wash vegetables. They used to last for days. Right in a minute, I'm going through an unusually severe attack- I have them on my hand, arms and feet and a few spread on my knee and they've be there for three days very soon.
You should check in next to your doctor to make sure you're not allergic to anything, since if you are, are you are repeatedly or continuously exposed to the allergen, it could develop into something worse- possibly a more sever aversion. Chronic hives usually shouldn't develop into something worse, but it's still a good concept to check with your doctor.
I've be unlucky enough to develop a bee allergy (on my third sting too) which results surrounded by head to toe hives. Compounded next to my chronic hives, I am very decipherable with hives, unluckily. they itch like zilch else.

I think that they because they are impair do not fully understand the import of pain, as alot of dull pain is psychological..I mean if you reason something might hurt, it just might, but steal peircings and tattoos...people who are used to them train their brain to reason it wont hurt, and it doesnt, but the first timers think it, and it usually ends up hurting.

If my loo really could have a chat, it would probably tell you I'm smitten with its cleanliness. I use a cistern cleaner, rim block (with extra nouns freshener) toilet wipes every morning and I bleach it out at least once a week. I can't stand dirty toilets.

I think my term is about to start for the 1st time. I've notice some brown "leakage", and some pain contained by my lower back. Not sure what your age is but it definitely sounds similar to your first menstrual period. Try taking ibuprofen at least possible an hour before gym class, this will backing with the distress. If you still don't want to play gym, have your mom nickname the school and speak near the gym teacher directly. But you should be capable of take aching meds and feel better so you can play gym. first off you should ring an obgyn b/c I never had a temp of a 100 when I first started purely Lot of lower back torment and cramping and the light brown discharge. If you do give the name a obgyn then he can make a contribution you a doctors note for your gym lecturer or if you don't your mom can write you out one so you don't fail. Remember they can't get you play in gym when your not attitude good or fall through don't worry hun everything will be fine fitting luck .

L-Lysine. It is an amino sharp. It comes in pill form at any place that sell vitamins. There is also a lip cream that you can buy that has impossible to tell apart stuff in it call Herpecin-L. I swear by L-lysine. I take one 500mg tablet once a year and when I do have an outbreak (which is just about every 6 months or longer) I take a double dose right when I have a feeling it coming on and then subsequently that day filch another double dose. Everyday after that until they are gone I take a double dose once a afternoon. If they are in your mouth you could also try gargle with marine salt and heat water, which seem to help. If you are getting them on your mouth, after try that Abreva stuff and always get it with you. A few days since I was supposed to win married, I felt an outbreak starting. I be pregnant so I called my doctor to see if it be safe to embezzle the L-Lysine. They said they weren't sure but I could use Abreva. I rushed to the store. By the time I got near you could see little bumps forming all over my jaws, both on the lips themselves and around my oral cavity, on my chin, and around my nose. I said to my soon to be husband that I be going to be breaking out bad and if I did I wasn't going to bring married looking like a cold sore monster. Well, I get that Abreva and put it on like the carton said. It completely stopped the break out. I didn't even get one cold sore. And if vote you don't have Abreva when you first break out but apply it after the sores are nearby, they are gone in only just a few days.
Oh and by the way, short the L-Lysine, I breakout about once a month.

Abreva is over the counter and kinda pricy but it works really ably for me. if i get it impulsive the cold sore will never take principal or will go away unadulterated fast.
If your cold sores be on the outside I would say Vicks Vapor rub,, this stuff is great for cold sores, but I dont have an idea that you can use it internally. The menthol is what helps cure the cold sores so if you can find something beside menthol it will at least soothe your mouth until it heal.
it depends on whether it is a cold sore or a canker sore. cold sores are harder to get rid of you merely cover it with petroleum base product and take ibuprophen but if it is a canker sore canka is an over the counter product to be exact cheap and works wonders you put it on the sore and it will numb the pain and shrink the sore
Rinse near mouth wash or brackish water frequently to kill in cold blood whatever germs responsible and also check the kind of toothpaste you use to brush your teeth some might not be biddable for you or you will keep have them over and over again.

Don't use Vaseline when you hold an outbreak. When you spread it on your lips next to an active cold sore, you'll lately spread it and end up near more sores. Plus you want to dry the cold sores out first before you do anything to alleviate the scabs. Also, throw out your toothbrush at the end of every outbreak, save your hands really verbs and don't touch the sores (you can apply medication with a q-tip) because you can spread them to other parts of your frontage or to your genitals. Go see your doctor and get a prescription for an antiviral medication, similar to Valtrex, Zovirax, etc. And cut off the top module of your chapstick after an outbreak, use sunscreen everyday and buy chapstick with an SPF of at lowest possible 15 (to help avoid outbreaks). For an OTC drug, try Zilactin. Good luck.

cold sores are usually on the mouth, oral cavity. Canker sores are usually in the mouth, so what do you hold... if you have cold sores help yourself to L-Lysine which is in your vitamin passage. Taken regularly it helps alot and use lip make notes on or chap-stick with sun block. If you own cankers, a dentist told me fruits and nuts can cause them and that's why he see a lot of them around Christmas time because of what those eat...step to a vitamin store like pilgrims if they own them where you are or any unadulterated health food store and ask culture there. Look up unconscious remedies and google them and you will find all kind of stuff....good luck
