When I was studying tablets and I had to remember adjectives the bones in the body chief to toe and the muscles. The only entry that kept me from forgetting them is like playing Connect the dots....Such as if bones are easier to remember after muscle by knowing your bones you will automatically associate the particular muscle ( I hope this make sense), I also shortened the names hold for instance hamstring "hammie" or "ham". Word association is really the only method I remembered. Good luck to ya.
in my a&p class ultimate semester the teacher merely told us to memorize a certain diagram that be in the book for the try-out...i kinda have a photographic memory so i be okay with it...but some of the girls tried to label a sentence with the first notification of each muscle as it go down the diagram...but i wouldn't reccomend it because the test diagram be a bit different and they didn't do too good on it...but really as far as remembering and never forgeting...i don't remember ALL those muscles i widely read and i don't know how to remember it forever!
