Disposable contact lenses - how long can I wear them?
I wear 2wk disposables... can I wear them for a month if they still feel okay and I can still see clearly? Is it okay to do that?Answers:
I enjoy been told that it is okay to keep hold of them up to a month. The word keep is different from wear! You should pinch them out at some point overnight to let your eyes pocket in the oxygen it wishes! I found out the hard method by wearing mine for a month and ended up near tiny cysts in one of my eyes! If they flare up again, one of them is contained by a dangerous spot that have a high potential to spawn me go completely blind if it grows! NO - It's not okay. They are not call 2wk disposables for nothing. Contact lenses should be see (as they are) as medical devices. Don't compromise your eye health.

When i shift to sleep, the side that i lay on other falls asleep.. i be a sign of it REALLY falls asleep & hurts so bleak.

It may be time to invest in a latest mattress. Sleep somewhere else for a day or two (a blow-up mattress, sofa, etc) and see if it continues to transpire. If it stops, there's your answer.
Alternately, maybe you should see a chiropractor; you might be sleeping within such a way that it's pinching nerves or pressing on something that wishes to be stretched or re-aligned.

To be honest I think you did the right point. I've tried doing some research on my own, and I see 3 things emerging...SOD, pancreatis and IBS. What are your thoughts based on the above?
