Just buy any nature of scrub. I have stuff call Origins Tangerine Sugar Scrub, from Trader Joes, but anything will do, and will remove the dead skin cell from your legs. Anything mild will do, but you probably shouldn't exfoliate every day. Follow up near lotion for silky smooth legs!

Depends on the person I imagine. Some people can only just imediatly wake up and do what they own to.
