i m sick and i want to feel better by this saturday(09/09/06) and i my sicknesss started next to a really bad soar throat within the morning. then igot a runny muzzle in the afternoon. immediately its friday plz dont tell me to achieve medicine at a store bcuz my mom want jump tothe store for me to buy medicine for this cold she will in recent times tell me to hold advil, ne ideas on things i could use that i would hold at my house?

The only article you can do is get some cough drops that numb the throbbing and wait it out. It is probably a sinuous infection but it could be strep throat, which is awfully bad if not here untreated. If it doesn't seem to get hold of better by Monday i would see a doctor. Also use an air purifier within your room if you have one simply increase it is allergies.

PIPING HOT THAI SOUP

8 oz. diced chicken 1 lb. shrimp
6 scallions, finely chopped
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime

Definitely jello is good. You can give more calcium to your diet. More milk, etc. Get your self a vitamin supplement like vitamin E. You can also use a pin treatment with vitamin E, gelatin, keratin, aloe vera. A righteous one to try is Nutra-nail or other similar ones.

No Y-ElLO is not neccesarly the answer. This assumption is base on the fact that Y-Ello and Gummi bear etc contain Gelatine, which is made at a rendering plant. (Dead animals, bones, hooves etc) If you know how Gelatine is made..you might never eat it again.

Trying to recuperate from anorexia...?

Ok, I am 15 and for the past 2 years own been struggling near anorexia. I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 78 pounds now. I am really trying to procure healthy in a minute, gain weight, and catch back to regular but i need for a moment help... what is a upright weight for me once i am full-bodied again? how much weight is athletic to gain per week? how many calories should i be drinking per day to gain this mass? what is an example of a good breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack for me? also if anyone have any good direction on how to handle acquirement these weight as anorexia is a mental ailment more than physical id also appreciate that. thankfulness!

Don't thnk so much. I recovered 12 years ago and I didn't think I only just started eatting what I missed the most during my time starving. Do not guzzle until your stomach bloats outward. If you eat too much it will do that because it is so small contained by there. I did that and I feel terrible and almost relapsed. Everyday try to get through one or two items more than the previuos day. I do not know what you should weigh, do you enjoy a doctor helping you with this? I deliberate it is great you want to do this the correct way, but don't give attention to about it so much or you will be obsess about it approaching you did with anorexia. Relax and slowly put in a different food or two. Eat small frequent meals. Throw the clamber away. Throw you food calorie journals away as all right. When you are 15, weight is a big issue , I know, but come up with of all you are missing. When you are anorexic you want not only food, but delight, having something contained by common beside friends and family...it isolates you and adjectives you think almost is you. Find something to do around people esp. ones who injoy eatting fitting and healthy. Did you know freight watchers is not only for cumbersome people, but those who need to chomp through healthy. I am not suggesting you go in, but read up on the internet about them and their accepted wisdom...they are sound, able-bodied eatting ideas. And remember anorexia is individual 5% food issues and 95% emotional issues...you obligation to talk to someone and numeral out what has be making you want to waste away. You should not weigh smaller amount than about 110 pounds, and 120 would be better. As for how lots calories you need to put away to gain the weight, to be exact very strong to guess, it depends on many things, including how much exercise you do and what your basal metabolism is resembling, suffice to say that you can pretty much get through whatever you want for the time person and not be at risk for being overweight. However, it's best to stay to a nourishing diet even if you're trying to gain weight, in that is no need to count calories, but try to stay away from too much cast-offs food (other than that, you should be fine).
As for the psychological aspect, I would strongly recommend that you continue seeing your psychiatrist, you are certainly correct to say that anorexia is a disease, and it won't merely go away, so receive all the give a hand you can.

i get my period when i be like 10 and a partly!!! i was almost 5'2 then and presently im 5ft6in and a half high-ceilinged and im 13 now so u might prob grow more if you sleep plenty and drink ur milk and eat wholesome.and excersise..so no worries!!

Eat and drink stuff with calcium, vitamin c and d...because calcium help build strong bones...but u goota get vitamin d too because it help absorb the calium.avoid eatin too frequent food containin carbohydrates (rice and unwanted items food) ...if u do, exccersise outside when its hot and you skin will produce more vitamin d which wiill help hold your attention calcium and help ur bones be strong. drink milk and ginger juice that have vitamin d aadded
