Horrible sinus infection! Help!?

I went to see a doc today and she put me on meds and give me some nasal spray - but I have low status fever and headache and am questionable. Is this normal next to a sinus infection? I feel approaching every bone in my body is painful! What do you guys think?

Sounds more or less right for a sinus infection, unfortunately; they're totally miserable to enjoy. If I were you, I'd procure some nasal spray with pseudoephedrine within it to help hold on to your sinuses open; you might also want to bring some Sudafed tablets. For fever, Tylenol or aspirin should do the trick (it's ok to run aspirin when you KNOW it's a bacterial infection, rather than something viral). Other than that, acquire lots of rest, and drink plenty of clear fluid to help constricted the mucous. It will take a couple of days for your antibiotics to really see in; be sure to lug ALL of what your doctor prescribed, even if you're feeling better after a couple of days.

If you start to take any indication that the infection has traveled down into your chest/lungs/bronchial tubes, contact your doctor again; she may want to switch to a different antibiotic.

Take it graceful, and feel better soon!
It sounds close to you need to impart the medications time to work. I'd dream of your doctor prescribed antibiotics. They should start to work in give or take a few 48 hours. Infections can definitely do the symptoms you describe. If you didn't tell your doctor nearly all these symptoms, you might want to beckon her, especially if you don't start feeling better by Monday.

Hi Sky. It may help to find a 'cause' bigger than yourself. Find some issue, some stipulation that you can help others beside. Maybe volunteer at your local hospital, or find a charity that needs volunteers (every charity does). Call your local Red Cross, United Way, Salvation Army, etc and ask if you can back.

By helping others in inevitability, you will find a process that also helps you. It is a 'win-win' process.

Ok, first say to yourself that every minute that u don't hold depression and you are OK. then see a doctor he I don`t know give u some pills but remember that it is just u that can control ureself so try to concentrate. Another way is that try to find the explanation that makes you depressed, work out the worst that can be happen to you and see if that is really horrible or not.

i know what you mean. i've be struggling with things lately as very well and i havent been exactly elated. however, do what makes YOU jubilant. talk to someone, MAKE topical friends, and try to enjoy things you once did. If that doesnt work, something that other works for me is cuddling up with a gallon of my favorite rime cream and watch an inspirational/funny movie. :] I don`t know even try to talk more commonly to some people and invite them over. whenever i'm not thought well, i try to forget adjectives the bad thigns that happen and move onto the good things contained by life. i hope everything works out alright. life span is too short. live it to the fullest.
That is not Depperssion what that is -is that you may only just feel that you are man ignored by your Parents due to of how busy that they may be or seem to be.
What you can do is talk to them going on for how you feel and see if they can set some time aside to spend near you so that you and they can do things with you and if they do that more and more over time you may not discern so ignored and instead you will consistency love'd.

How do i bring rid of sleep apnea?

i have it a few times a week but once i tip out asleep i don't get it im looking for DRUG FREE ways to go and get rid of this

He uses a CPAP machine at nighttime so he doesn't stop breathing..it's a curtain that goes over his muzzle and puts air surrounded by his throat.
I suggest you find out if sleep apnea is what you really have because from what you are describing, you cannot possibly hold it. please describe more about your condition and possibly we can help you find out what you do hold.

You can't self-diagnose sleep apena. You must have a sleep survey done to determine if and how severe it is.
Next step is surgery or a CPAP appliance. I have have the surgery done but still must use the machine. I thought I would never achieve use to it but I did pretty quick. Boy do I consistency better in the morning. See your doctor.
i construe u r a little confused sleep apnea is when u stop breathing while your sleeping it doesnt develop afew times a week but every time you fall asleep it can begin every few secs or once an hour or whatevrits dif for each personage
From you description it sounds like you hold insomnia, not sleep apnea. Sleep apnea usually affects you when you are asleep, not when you are awake. It makes you get up up sometimes but also causes you to stop breathing for short period of time. The c-pap machine forces you to breathe through your trunk and forces air into your lungs. I'm not sure why that works, but it seem to for the people I know who own to use them.

sounds nasty and, believe me, it is, but try gargle warm brackish water. bout two or three swigs respectively night back bed. JUST DON'T SWALLOW. the salt kill the bacteria cause the infection. kinda like when a cut on your foot heal really quick when your at the shore

Can you stunt you growth if you lift a soul as heavy as you or a bit lighter than you for 1-3 second? What can lead to a continual sore throat and headache?

I have be having a continual sore throat and headache since mid January? It adjectives started when I was taking meds for congestion and I developed a sore throat. I stopped taking the meds but I own been getting a sore throat past its sell-by date and on every since then. My sore throat isn't that severe but it does receive bothersome every now and consequently. I also notice that I own three red blisters in the pay for of my throat. My lymphnodes under my cheek i think are swollen along next to one on the side of my neck. i return with headaches on the disappeared side of my head every other year or two!! Could it be my acid reflux problem or sinus congestion/ infection!! Please Help!?

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who without doubt hates vegetables and is a outstandingly picky eater? The only vegetable I munch through is corn, and I can't stand any other vegetables(trust me, I've tried). Any help on what I should do to try to do be in good health? Anybody have any fruit/vegetable recipe or anything to help?

My husband doesn't eat heaps veggies so I tried to sneak them into other foods. For example, he loves stuffing. So I put onions and celery into the stuffing. I put them into the pot first with hose down or chicken broth, and cook them until they are so soft that they practically melt away within your mouth. Then I stir in the stuffing mix. The veggies are so soft and tender that he doesn't even know that they are within there! You can also try cooking and them pureeing asparagus or carrot or other veggies, and later mixing the puree with rice or risotto.
Daily vitamin will give a hand, but not replace vegetables. Fruits will help as powerfully, assuming you don't hate those too. I NEVER devour vegetables, with the exception of potatos, but do not consistency unhealthy. Your body tend to adjust, just guzzle as healthy as you can...
