how can i receive rid of stress and tiredness?

im always tired i take about 10 hours of sleep a hours of daylight thats really good but im other tired and everything is always race my mind and i have like mad of stress going in to 10 level becuase last year be ok but not that great.

Do some heavy cardiovascular exercise, followed by some stretching. Look at your diet and build sure you're meeting the on a daily basis needs- and not just drinking a bunch of junk. You might want to look into a multivitamin as capably.

Ocd sufferers?

I also became crazed with switching stale all the plugs within the house and cleaning the house so thoroughly that I found house work was piling up because I be spending too much time working on one thing. I recommend any going to speak to your GP about this - he/she may prescribe you an antidepressant such as sertraline or paroxetine to abet control the OCD. However, if you dont want to go down this route next maybe consider an alternative psychoanalysis such as hypnotherapy or taking St Johns Wort (herbal tablet). It is a very mild antidepressant but freshly be careful not lug it with any prescribed medication.

After my husband have a couple of strokes and did not work any more, he started to sign of OCD. He was constantly checking to see if the gas be turned off, lantern switches off, etc, etc. etc. I worked full time and have a 45 min to 1 hour ride to and from work, plus had to do everything my husband could no longer sustain me with. When he started this, I would dance an check on these things, but after a while, I got angry and said "I can't shift around checking these things all hours of daylight long for you. If you want, I can type up a nice list and engineer a lot of copies for you and you can turn around and when you have checked everything stale, you don't have to check anymore." He get upset with me and continued until I have to yell at him and convey him that he was not going to be paid me sick with this ocd. Guess what! He stopped doing it.

My Body Went Num?

What is wrong beside me?

I get muscle cramps, i.e. if I exert too much force on certain muscled they can progress into spazem.
I get sharp stomach pains normally, accompanied by terrifically frequent farting and blerping, If i dont let out the gass it increases the aching.
I ocasionally have dierea, and sometimes vomiting.
All these synthoms(except stomach pain) give the impression of being to point to saly defficiency, yet some of them can come to pass after eating saline while others can happen after loosing deeply of salt(sweating in hot weather and drinking seriously of water)

a few years ago I had some characteristics of an alergy, where if I munch through salty food resembling ham for example, I got a sick emotion in my stomach.
I am on a hygienic balanced lacto-vegetarian diet, I get sufficient exercise and since becoming a lacto-vegetarian I no longer have a alergic spontaneous effect to salt.

I've always done this. It have to do with whether you see pictures surrounded by your head when you mull over, (as opposed to hear them or discern them). For example, when you think of your mother's facade, is it a picture or do you get a thought or do you hear her voice, or is it a combination of things? Mental imaging can be developed. Study a simple picture (a rose for example) for a few minutes. Then turn your thoughts inward and experiment with recall the image. Take details of what your experience is. You will be developing two skills, memory recall and the dexterity to recreate a picture in your mind. Both involve rehearsing the information; (focus and concentration). We are adjectives unique within how we process information. I wouldn't say that my memory is any better than anyone else's.

Use repetative memorization. For example, use a bible and memorize one rhyme every day. Monday memorize (1) and verbs it to yourself all time. Tues memorize (2) and recite (1) and (2) to yourself. verbs for a LONG TIME. (can be used with quotes or other passage if not a bible reader). Eventually you will train your mind to memorize what it sees/reads and you will enjoy much greater recall of everything you see/read. Takes a long time though, hope you are youthful. may be other techniques out here I'm sure.
