I don't judge so... but even if it does as long as you have a prescription for it you will be fine, they can't founder you on a drug test newly because you are in prescription medication you jsut enjoy to prove that the prescription is yours, and prescribed by your Dr. If you can't do that then you better stir see a Dr. right away and complain of back misery...
Since you claim its your prescription you should be in the clear. However to bring a a more clear answer I would need to know adjectives your meds you are taking.

It depends what you eat. Eating profusely of sugar and carbohydrates can cause your blood glucose to spike lofty, then drop suddenly. The low glucose horizontal can cause you to have a feeling sleepy.

Its a myth that you need to blank your mind, I qualified my daughter how to meditate by getting her to imagine a roomy field full of poppies and daisies, and she sort of dreamt whilst person awake, its a form of hypnotism (Past Life Regression therapist!)
The objective when you meditate is to lose awareness of your physical and focus on the mental side. My husband can now meditate and when he uses abiding crystals can see stars, etc. He's not mad, its be documented before!!
Just enjoy a relaxing bath beforehand and fashion sure you can meditate in peace, don't try too complicated and it'll get easier, sounds cracked but its true!

The mind is used to racing around. Patience and stillness will peaceable it down. It takes time and doggedness.
I have duplicate problem. as soon as I'm not busy my mind goes into overdrive anyway thinking around things that have happen, are going to happen or should enjoy happened!

An actual free, thoughtless mind is only possible near a damaged brain. What is usually expected by a blank mind is not concentrating on anything. Stray thoughts will always drift through your mind, lately don't pay any attention.
Of course, actual blankness is said to be the purpose of many eastern religions, but I haven't hear of anyone acheiving enlightenment recently.
I'm going to try some of these suggestions too, but I deliberate it will take slightly a bit of practice.

meditate isnt something you can just do resembling THAT, its quite tricky, you need to feel about somewhere adjectives by you self where no danger can get you and how peaceful you are, i still cant do meditating properly ! but im getting use to it philosophical long breaths do help a bit.. it might not work for you but distribute it a try.
I am not good at it. But supposedly you are suppose to place no judgement on your thoughts, agree to them drift by like clouds and spy them and continue to focus on your breath, no judgement almost how good or bleak you are meditating, be one near the leaf on the tarn or something like that.
I do four breaths inhaling, hold for four breaths, exhale for four breaths that help clear out one's mind.
Then I picture a beach or a esplanade along a lake or river and concentrate on audible range the sounds in my manager that would accompany that picture.
I've found sometimes I in fact fall asleep meditate at night or during the light of day. That relaxed.
You have to only just push any random thought out of your brain. thinking or maxim a mantra or significant word helps ,along near the breathing.
You dont make your mind jump blank, you have to focus your thoughts on a paticular thought. I used to pick on something that made me positive, like human being in thailand swimming within the sea beside my other half, i come out feeling great
The push button is not to have a blank mind. Think of the simple things contained by life, resembling water and how it flows next to gravity. The horizon and the energy from the sun recharge you. Also concerntrate on breathing really deep into the lower belly, really slow in and out next to no pause inbetween. Make sure you are totally relaxed next to no muscle tension or your internal heartiness wont pass through in that. You cant just do meditation, you requirement to learn, study and practice it for plentiful years. It aint about only chilling beside an empty mind. The existing benefits from it are filtering your internal organs beside fresh blood, realigning your posture, and the best and the reason i do it is for internal flowing activeness for my martial art. I revulsion when people relay beginners to make their mind blank. That is one of the hardest things just about meditation to ever acheive!
The idea of making your mind blank resources to stop thinking about adjectives the myriad details that make up your time to day time. The best way to do this is to get going by sitting in a shade, quiet room where on earth you will not be distrubed. Assume a comfortable position, but not one you will go to sleep within. Close your eyes. Feel your breathing. Listen to the sound of it. Feel it as it go in and out of your body. Feel the expansion of the lungs. Soon you will touch your heartbeat. Follow it. Allow yourself to feel adjectives of the small parts of your body. Become accustomed to them. Feel the flow of your own natural heartiness within yourself.
From here here are 2 choices. Some people will follow that spirit source to the center of themselves and simply stay there for a while. This is as close to a "blank mind" as you can receive and will leave you contained by tune with your own body.
Others will inaugurate to shape a restfull vision. A corral or forest or mountain scene. Someplace you feel comfortable next to. Water and sky are almost always present. Listen for the sounds of twist, water, birds and outlook within the trance. Place yourself there and relax. Be free and comfortable nearby.
When seeking a vision associates often create a bridge from this location. (Generally, once we create it we use matching location every time.) Anytime you cross a bridge picture a silver cord attatched to you, tying yourself to your "safe place". One justification is that if you are suddenly startled you often consistency less disoriented when you perceive anchored to a "safe" area than if you come to full awareness suddenly from an unknown area.

I concentrate on my breathing.
Start by imagine the number 24, made up of small dots like on a digital display. I find imagine a red colour helps.
When you can clearly see adjectives the dots of the 24 in your mind, next change it to 23. Then 22, and so on down to not anything.
The first few times you try it, you will lose concentration and start to think give or take a few something else. Go back to 24, and start again.
It will lift quite a few attempts earlier you get to nought, but you'll manage it after a few days, as long as you try every hours of daylight.
Once you've managed it one time, later each further time you try it, you will own less lapse of concentration.
When you reach zilch, you will find that your mind is blank.

My son have been on 20mg for at lowest two years and he does well next to that. Ask your Dr. if you can increase the dosage for a while and see if it helps. My son also take Risperdal with it.

i go to a naturopath and they have me some table to take. they do this carrying out tests thing to see how much toxins i own in my body (i kept getting rundown etc) after a month my toxins decrease by half it be amazing i feel soo much better presently.
