Well i do not want to be mean so i'll put this as other as possible. It's not so much your butt being too big as your upper thighs. This is an extremely adjectives problem for women and it looks like you enjoy it. Cellulite can happen even on the thinnest girls and I've see cellulite on tiny tiny girls. I'd say you involve to firm up those thighs and butt and you'll be fine.

OK, I'll be honest wether you resembling it or not: Yes, your butt is large and your tights are big too. There is cellulite on your lower butt and upper thights.
I don't think that it is a situation of weight, because your waist and upper body seem niceley fit. I think you should chomp through healthy, but no dieting. What you really necessitate is to excercise and maybe go and get some anticellulite treatment, like massage or something.
