Smoking affects your lungs and your circulatory system. If your body can't process the oxygen that it needs, later the rest of your body suffers and growth can suffer. I started smoking to keep substance off. Now, I can't obtain the weight sour because I can't breath and make it through exercising. PUT THEM DOWN AND DON'T GO BACK. I own not, but my ex mother in canon has. Niacin. You can carry it as a supliment in pill form, and it help detox your body. Also try cranberry jiuse, not cocktail, but the straight juice. It have certain enzemes that aid to detox. As far as night time go, take a hot hip bath, and just do your best to relax. Every darkness you get thru is an extra closer to when you'll feel better! :)
LOTS of hose down. And it would help , especially within the first few days if you had something to give a hand you sleep. Try some tylenol PM or some benadryl. Oh , and get some OTC nausea tablets. you may need it, several do.
when i was caught near the "sickness" i found that smoking crack or snorting coke helped. it certainly made me forget how i felt. jk i dont snort coke. i basically like the path that it smells. anyway, yea, coke helps.
You really should return with some professional help near this, from a trained drug counsellor or drug treatment center. I'm not a doctor, but I got my first (and hopefully last) migraine a few weeks ago. I hold since done some research and spoke with the doctor who help me...your vision can be artificial by a migraine, and the migraine can last for days. There are some medicine you can take to assistance conquer the migraine, but some of them are only efficient if you catch it in the first couple hours. If it's been longer than a 2 or 3 days, perchance you should talk to your doctor. Some other tips I cultured from some chronic migraine victims...try not to lay down, and ice your principal. My migraine started on a Wed. and became worse and worse throughout the daylight. I dont know why, but when I was younger, I remember putting saline in my paw and licking it. I didnt remember I did that until you put your daughter's situation on here. I dont think that requires medical attention, It be just a phase for me, so hopefully its a short time ago a phase for her. My mom used to just put the brackish in the cabinet above the stove so that I couldn't arrive at it and eventually I forgot about it! Hopefully this help, even a little.

its resembling snorting other bad substances (Coc****) dont wanna read out it, might get within touble. But you know its like snortin the drug, it will affect you breathing system, and clog up you respiratoy system.
I never did it next to them, but some of my friends thought it would be cool to try different things: flour, baking soda, kool-aid, pixy sticks, and sugar. They said that the flour and baking soda did really have an effect, but the kool-aid, pixy sticks, and sugar adjectives burned. I wouldn't try it though.
