Why do i quit exercising after 6 days?>?
Hi, my name is Georgei am pretty flab and i have a intricate time loosing weight.
I've be fat for almost 5-6 years,
i Just get through play sports only if my friends ask me (even tho i am embarrased)
I don't exercise much and when i prefer to i strictly keep it and do it for 6 days, consequently i get workshy and start saying to myself
"i'm not seeing no results, so why bother"
Then i purely dont care anymore. even tho i really wanna loose shipment so bad
My current substance is

I'm 19 years old.
i touch so fat and hold to wear 2 tanktops just to put by my manboobs.
I need some motivation but i don't know where on earth to start

Losing bulk takes time, it take a long term commitment.
Think of how much happier and improved you will be and how much easier it will be to keep up the exercise and run from there.

That's purely it, you're not motivated, and you're taking a negative judgment on it when you do exercise. Sometimes the best motivation comes from yourself. Personally (not being lean myself) when I exercise I don't see results right away, but I look forward to that 6 month mark when I get the scale and realize I've only just dropped alot of poundage. But for some the best motivation is having a friend to exercise next to you, for that extra encouragement. Try thinking positive about it, and see if you can bring back a friend to join surrounded by.
You can do it George. You just hold to think just about your future and how you see yourself subsequently in enthusiasm, do you want to stay the way you are or do you want something else? ill give an account you what dude, the reason you hold on to at it for only 6 days at a time is because similar to you sait you dont see ant resulst. you wont see any for a while. trust me.i just get out of the army last year, and didnt excersize.untill jan of this year. i get out a year ago. i run every other day(at first it was narrowly a mile, but now im up to 3) and lifting weights. but i too see completely little improvement. trust me it take time. it also has seriously to do with diet. i devour very few carbs, if i do simply one serving. but i eat a ton of fruit.
another piece your doing, is with your work out schedual, dont be so hellbent on following it to a "t" you own to be flexible. also dont just stay fixated on running on a track or tread mill. try running through the woods, or creeks. i similar to this better because you see something different every time. and when you do lose intrest, dont worry, a short time ago work out the next afternoon.
when i was embarrased in the order of running, i would do it late at darkness so nobody would see me.
Aww don't be so hard on yourself. I too used to be obese. I too have no motivation. I realized though that i wasn't jovial. I know it is hard to diet. You shouldn't starve yourself or diet drastically because what happen is your metabolism slows down. when it slows down your mind can't stop thinking about food. after after a while you eat and get through and eat more than usual. George, I understand your problem. You know, to see any result contained by an exercise program you have to stick near it for couple of weeks, 6 days might be simply not long enough to see a solidity lose.
To keep your motivation horizontal up, why don't you write down all the pious things that would happen to you once you hold loose weight. Atleast write ten things and refer to them commonly. It all have to do with keeping your motivation. Once you started notice even a small weight loss, you would enjoy your momentum going.

You need to receive serious. Six days is not long enough to really see any results. One of the theories is that compared to even the 50s we own so fewer diseases within childhood that children spend their time growing and developing instead. That energy they'd spend war disease goes to growth.
So that guess says that they're a short time ago basically in good health then previous generation. It's also the theory for why kids are so high-ceilinged nowadays.

Oh and there's another that say that the longer we wait to breed the longer our young live so that they'll be able to live longer. I have a most important problem. I am supposed to audition for the top choir at my school on monday, but I woke up Tuesday to find out my voice be shot. My voice is so crackly, I can't get loud, and I can't hit the glorious notes neccessary for my audition. My throat is sore as ably. Is there any things I can do to aid speed up the healing process.I've be drinking hot lemonade and hot green tea because my chorus director recommends them to adjectives students who want to save up their voice for a big deeds. I know you're not supposed to talk so I've be trying not too, but everyday, I have to sing for at smallest 40 minutes so that's hard to do.

Glad to see that your willing to try other stuff after smoking. There's a lot of ways you could promise with stress short smoking. You could go to a gym and work out or work out at home. Play games or keep under surveillance funny movies. Talk it out with someone you know and can trust. Go outside and yelp that helps some ethnic group. Hope this helps.
Gosh, does this nouns like myself! I be a smoker for along time. I quit several times and then started again and again until I be told that I had an impressive Pap and smoking was a highest cause. I swear I won't smoke EVER again! I quit cold turkey and replaced a cigarette beside those white and green wintergreen mints for about 2 weeks and that be that. As far as stress goes and person addicted to something else, I would say that you should do something physical swim, play softball, exercise of some form is GREAT to rid your vivacity of stress, I actually signed up for Tae Kwon Do!
