i really can't get to sleep till close to 2:30 am or 3:00 and i wake up around 10:30 11:00 or even 11:30 but arts school starts in three days and i enjoy no clue how to go to sleep untimely, the best sleeping time for me would be from 10:00 or 10:30 to 6:00 but i have trouble sleeping and getting up..

Try adjust your sleep schedule 1 or 2 hours closer each darkness. One hour earlier respectively night is best, but since you merely have 3 days to do it, you'll enjoy to do two hours earlier for a couple night. Also, get up impulsive, even if you have trouble getting to sleep. This will ignite your body to feel sleepy more rapidly. If you have trouble wake up, getting more light surrounded by your room in the morning will relieve. Putting your alarm on the other side of the room is a good opinion, too.

( I am reading The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells, its a classic, and not too shabby). Dream up something interesting-- ramble in the jungle near anyone in the world, (even departed history).

Find a fun hobby that can busy you and make you tired.

start counting backwards from 100 very SLOWLY (silently), taking slow, cavernous breaths with respectively number. Try to empty your mind of anything that may be stressing you out, simply stay calm & cogitate of peaceful things (or nought at all). If there are distracting noise around you, sometimes listening to music or TV at completely low volumes can help compensate sounds that might keep you awake. But the slow backwards counting is usually boring enuff to gone me drift off by the time I catch under 40. If you do get 0, just start subsidise at 100 counting even more slowly.

I only suggest Ambien or any other drug as a end resort. Your problem is probably that you don't have a regular programme for sleeping so your internal clock is all messed up. I am alike way. Such as tonight I am awake at 3 am. I'll probably shutting up sleeping until 11 am to get my 8 hrs. but next that screws up my internal clock b/c i really shouldn't be tired until 3 am again tomorrow. Best process to fix the problem is to set a strict sleeping schedule and stick to it! You'll stop up falling asleep so much easier.

A radio is probably better than TV, because the lighting from the TV can keep you awake. Listen to something relaxing and positive. Try reading something insubstantial and funny to get your mind bad of creepy things. Drink some milk or take some non-habit-forming sleep medication 1/2 hour to an hour before bedtime.

BTW, what going on for your room creeps you out? If it's too dark, turn a hurricane lantern on low or get a nightlight or put a hurricane lantern on outside your bedroom and open the door.
