Ive be doing alot of walking lately. The bottom of my foot where on earth the muscle is at by the big toe kept pulling. Then today I started walking, and it starts painful. It kept tender today and its sore right very soon. I dont know if I should progress tommorow. Plus tommorow is my b-day and im turning 16.The sore is so fruitless that I can scarcely meander.
