Why are soft drink bad for condition ? why are they very contaminated?

i know they have alot of sugar but is that it, is the sugar the singular factor thats making soft drink "BAD" for health.

It's not only sugars and such that you should look out for, it's also the caffeine. I used to be a caffeine user (yes, it is considered an addicting drug) and it ruined my body for years. Too much caffeine can cause the heart rate to soar and tire out the body from shortage of rest (it 'wakes' up the body, even when it needs to sleep).

As of today I'm not going to smoke anymore- support please?

I smoked for over twenty years. Today I eat really athletic in certainty about 50% coarse foods and exercise almost daily but however smoke. I quit for over two months and and was extermely bullish and grateful for being a non smoker. What happened- in good health no exuses before a body I had a sub-consious thought that after drinking it would be ok to smoke which I dismissed at the time w/o a preventive plan and next ...I smoked. Two days later a unpromising stressful day and immediately the last two days puffing similar to a chimmney somewhat baffled as to how it could have happen. I've tried to quit about 4 times contained by the past week but very soon realize I must make a determind action just close to time two months ago. I'm done beating myself up in the region of this as that just made me want to smoke more. I own only told one individual I guess thats what prompted me to post this morning- I'm all alone next to this. Thanks for any support!

Good Deal! The hardest part is convincing yourself that you did quit. I did it cold turkey a few years ago. It of late gets easier as you shift along, but if you can just save saying no, you will be ok. I still receive a craving once in awhile, but it single last for a few second, now. I know i will never smoke again.

It sounds to me approaching you need to bring into a support group. Fast. The faster you can get around to the business of quitting adjectives over again, the easier it will be.

My method was
Pick a sunshine and in the to hand future and on that year have your end smoke before you turn to bed ,clear your house of ash trays,lighters,smokes and any thing associated next to smoking so in the morning when you stir there is no entry to remind you of smoking. Use nicorette patches or gum if you want to or own cravings.Then avoid situations when you usually had a smoke/ eg after a breakfast time go for a totter
You must really want to give up for your self not because some one is making you or this will not work

Well first off I own to say congratulations for your ruling to quit. I quit about a year and a partially ago and I admit it be very sturdy. I did quit cold turkey and I will say that the best things are:
1. Surround yourself beside people who Don't Smoke!
This is a big one because it is too knotty to be around those who do. They just kind you want to.
2. Try to stay away from alcohol for a while. This was my biggest problem near smoking. If I drank any alcohol I wanted to smoke really discouraging!! Try to stay away for a while.or if you do drink then formulate sure you are drinking with general public that don't smoke, that will make it easier.
3. Simple...throw them away.and everything that have to do with smoking.
4. Try to hang on to stressers out of your life. I know, something you don't hold a lot of control over but try.
5. Don't drink the foods that make you crave cigarettes. For instance, Mexican food made me want to smoke the worst! I don't know why! So I simply didn't eat it for a while. It be worth it.
6. Get some candy.it helps the cravings.

Remember..it take only 7 days for the nicotine to acquire out of your system and 30 days to actually see the habit. It will steal a while for you to not want one when you see others smoking so just stay away from them!

that is great im glad your not smoking anymore. a tip- if you run to the place you buy smokes at out of habit buy candy or a slurpee instead untill you capture out of smoking for sure then break that quirk later. biddable job and angelic luck.

hey near...this was TOTALLY ME. I smoked (not nearly as long as you did) but what started as goofing rotten in the dorms, turned into a 11 year need (hurts to even say that)...it be all roughly speaking chillin', drinkin', partyin' which went ably with cigarettes, and after all of the sudden, everything go well near cigarettes.

So, the very ending time I smoked, it was because i "go to a party", and smoking made me feel sooo doomed to failure physically (I was coughing for more than a month), i granted the best way to cut the smoking out of my time, was to cut culture out of my life for whom destroying themselves is their belief of a good time.

I am a lacto-vegetarian and work to be healthy. Sometimes, I deduce the "twinge" inside that creates the desire to smoke will always be near, but I just focus on other things when I procure that twinge. I haven't smoked since April 2006. That's the longest I've gone without a cigarette since 1995.

I quit once for ten years and consequently fell off the articulated vehicle for quite a while. When my grandson be born I conned myself into quitting for his sake. Been off them for 2 1/2 years so that's working pretty fitting.

The little cravings that go by pretty early don't bother me but once in a while I will acquire a craving that just hang in near for days. I usually get some Nic gum in recent times to make sure I don';t start smoking again. Getting bad the gum isn't too hard 4 me 4 some source.

I had a friend once who, when he required to quit, would smoke like a chimney the daytime before his quit date. He swore up and down that be effective.

You're in big trouble. You successfully quit, afterwards blew it by thinking you were cured, and it would be ok to own a smoke for old times sake. Guess what? You weren't cured! You still needed to smoke! Something inside you was still recitation you that smoking is cool, or relaxing, or fun, or necessary, or safe, or some combination of those reasons.

If you are ever going to successfully quit, you are going to hold to change your mode of thinking. What you are looking for is a kind of mental earthquake - a shift within the way you perceive the world. Once this mental earthquake occur, you will never feel similar to smoking again. The concept will be alien to you.

Go have another cigarette, so you can contemplate clearly. Trust me, I know what you are going through. Come back when you're done. I'll dawdle.

I smoked for just about 7 years and I have not smoked for 3 years. I have a baby so I have to quit and now even if I try I find it really gross. I be pretty much sick all nine months while pregnant so a cigarette be the last piece on my mind. I found it really easy (the smoking section not baby part) but I know you can do it. If you can guzzle healthy and workout you can uncooperatively quit smoking. The other things in your go show that have made change for the better and you can do it again.

A little tip that helped me: Chew gum and get through sunflower seeds.

The effect you go and get from mixing the two is not double but rather exponential (instead of two times the effect you acquire four times the effect). Therefore, if you had one drink within a sitting mixed with sleeping pills, it would be the equivalent of have four.
Any brand/type of alcohol and sleeping medication kill you deader than a door knob. Almost and prescription medication when mixed beside booze can kill when taken within the right dose.

Yes if you drink too much and take too various. Its called Over dosing and if you are thinking of trying to do this please have an idea that it over. Migraine Sufferers?

I woke up with a migraine this morning and took my medication. The discomfort is almost entirely gone, what is left is tolerable, but I can't find rid of this horrible nausea. Any ideas on how I can?

There is nought you can do unless the doc has given you meds for the nausea too. Try consumption some dry crackers or toast and drinking 7-up.
To be perfectly honest, when I procure migraines I feel better once I gain sick. :P So if you have to... you hold to! Otherwise just cart some Pepto :)

It could be that you are have a side effect to the medication, if that is the covering, you need to see a doctor to see what other mediciations would assist you with your migraine, but also depart from you with the least possible side effects. Normally, when you have nausea, the doctor will transmit you to stop the medication.
You should've used Vervain tea to get rid of your Migraine.
Well try some green tea.. that should help out get rid of nausea!

Wow i received ZERO answers on this request for information two times presently! i didnt deduce it be that unusual?

i am curious to know why my eyes tend to hurt and i get a headache whenever the sky is overcast. its approaching when the sky is very cloudy i find myself squinting and it hurts my eyes as if it is particularly bright out or something. seems approaching a simple question but i guess since i dont know the answer any i shouldnt be so suprised that NOONE has answered my cross-examine.

I didn't see your previous questions, or I would hold given you an answer. You already have explained it yourself. On overcast days you tend to squint, which tenses the muscles of the obverse. You probably tend to grit your teeth or clamp down on them, it's the usual combo when squinting. Both those things would keep muscles of the facade tensed up and result in a headache. Sometimes frown is worse when the sky is overcast as well, and it could also be related to eye fatigue from forcing a focus. I'm going to guess that the progress in barometric (sp?) pressure affects your sinuses. I hold sinus trouble and I can scout a storm sooner than any weatherman!
It's likely due to weather pressure.
When it's cloudy, the atmosphericic pressure is low or is shifting and this puts strain on your sinuses and the little capillaries that exact headaches.
The solely thing that quickly sprang to mind is that some people are awfully sensitive to changes within air pressure, and counter to it by getting headaches, or even migraines. If you are prone to migraines, that would also cause you sensitive to light (squinting) during that time. When you go and get a migraine, even the light of an overcast light of day can hurt your head and eyes.

My subsequent thought is that clouds mean in attendance is more moisture in the heavens, just a uninhibited guess that maybe some mold spores are activate by the moisture and you are allergic to mold.

Next guess is that pollution tends to increase on overcast days, and you may be sensitive to it.

Have you had cataract removed? as this is sometimes a result of cataract surgery, where the implant magnify the light entry.
Also, it's merely possible the pupils of the eye are not reacting to street lamp, and dilating properly, causing a condition of eye burn, resembling the result of right after a flash bulb goes sour, and you see spots or squint for a while afters.

My daughter have a traumatic brain injury and a portion of her skull was removed to allow the brain to swell as not to explanation a build up of pressure inside cranium, after she came home i notice that on days when it seemed overcast or would thunderstorm she would enjoy real doomed to failure headaches, when we go to neurologist i mentioned this and he said it was atmosphereic pressure, I own i had never thought of this ,but study up, at tiniest i answered.
