honestly, i havn't have this problem for years but this works; take two tylenol PM's ,keep on 30 mins, and smoke about two grams af marijuana... after eatting such things similar to cereal, potatoe chips,ect, and watching a little bit of TV. Why did I throw up yesterday? Should I be intake weakly today?
My period started yesterday morning.Around 4pm, I run to the bathroom and started throwing up my lunch.
The urge to throw up stopped around 6pm last hours of darkness.

You probably ate something that wasn't quite right and it made you sick; it basically happened to coincide next to your period by coincidence. If you're passion gross, keep up near the crackers and Sprite or whatever else stays down--maybe try some pedialyte if you're fear dehydrated.
And if this is with the sole purpose the second time you've ever thrown up--wow! I wish that be the case for me :)
Maybe you get food poisioning from something you ate. This happend to me a few days ago and i havent felt economically since. But eating a moral meal definatley made it touch a little better since i have NOTHING in my body after throwing up. I would probably start beside something lite, like chicken soup. Something that will swarm you up and thats warm. Then if your okay after that try consumption a normal teatime. Just take it slow and if you be aware of sick, just run to the bathroom!!
Take Ibprofin as soon as you start awareness sick. Curl up w a hot water bottle, and lug a nap. Once you get up up you'll be able to chomp through again.
