Do i enjoy a migraine or something?
my head is resembling pounding and i feel really unsettled and at first i thought maybe its cuz i hadn't eat all daytime so i tried eating for a moment bit and i could barely guzzle it without similar to gagging im sensitive to wispy and lots of sound.i gain headaches allll the time cuz my daydream is really really bad and i don't really wear my specs or contacts but this ones a lot different
also i never bear medication or anything so it couldn't be anything from that

Yep it does sound approaching a migraine. Have someone get you some Excedrine Migraine pills. (or if someone has regular excedrine they are the same) Though if you are really ill you may want to throw up before taking the drug so you don't throw the medicine up. Once i achieve to the nauseous stage I hold to throw up before i touch better.. The pills should take just about 30 min to work.

Although you're right about the immune response, I try to prevent getting sick because the immune response involves outlook awful for days with restlessness and stuffy head and running feeler and general soreness. I'd fairly avoid that as much as possible. I know I can't avoid it altogether so I figure the few times I do grasp sick is enough of an immune response to save things working. I just don't want to shift through it a lot...a couple of times a year is plenty.

I would run with hose down to store, but honestly... I wouldn't put them BACK in until you hold something to disinfect them with (ie: solution!!) because you don't want an eye infection, plus they will expected be VERY unconfortable because they aren't well lubricated... Water isn't slippery adequate.

There is no substitute.
Try a saltwater solution, that's what contact solution basically is (which is what our tears are vitally made of too).
It won't hurt to let them dry out. Just put them somewhere protected and when you get more solution agree to them soak for a couple hours.
Saline (like NS IV solution) can be used.
I suppose, in a pinch, bottled sea would work, but I wouldn't want to wear my contacts afterwards without soaking them surrounded by contact lens solution overnight.
Can you borrow some contact lens solution from a friend? Or get someone to run you to the store to achieve some? Even mom-and-pop convenience stores usually carry contact lens solution.
Maybe a bottle of artificial tears solution might work, or some contact lens rewetting drops.
