Post surgery give somebody the third degree - my incision is for a time inflamed??
Had abdominal surgery two weeks ago. Got a 4-5" incision on my lower abs now.Here is the dipper:
Surgery was on the 12th.. Yesterday and today I am notice my incision which is covered by steri-strips, which are beginning to loosen up on one winding up. The skin surrounding the edges of the strips (about a cm in any direction) is beginning to look dark, tanner? redder, a little. Accompanied next to some pain/irritation. Is this normal? Definately feel like the skin, not muscle as far as I can update. Looking at the incision directly, where the steri-strips are loosening up, it looks muddy and not too pretty compared to a week ago.
Anything I can do? Or is this normal? I am showering solely every-other day. Should I use some special anti-bacterial soap on it? . Hot compresses? I cant really put in the picture if this is normal or possibly a skin infection or something..
The Surgeon is 30 miles away, and say to put some hot compresses on it. What does other suggestions might you have?

It sounds to be normal. What I would suggest if you devise the showering is not helping is covering it in rainproof bandages when showing so it doesn't take wet and cleaning it beside peroxide on its own.. You do need to evolution the steri-strips about once every two/three days.
As your skins heels it will get hold of darker (uglier) than it be when it was a fresh incision alot approaching a cut on the leg from falling.. The skin will expand as it begins to alleviate its self and the redness is from circulation regaining surrounded by mending blood vessels etc as the fresh skins takes form.
If your cut is not getting puss chock-a-block or turning yellowish you should be okay. if it starts turning yellow i.e. a sign of infection and it is best to get it checked out. Just save it clean next to peroxide but dont use ointments on it while it is still closing because ointment have Vaseline as a platform and bacteria and germs floating within the air can stick to the Vaseline underpinning and hurt more than the ointment help..

If it gets infected, the nouns will actually discern hot, the redness will spread and possibly swell. Darkness of the skin at the incision - I devise that's normal (from what I remember from my 3 abdominal surgeries). Does it hold pus oozing from the incision site? If no pus, just do the compresses similar to the doc says and hold on to a watchful eye on it. If your heat starts to spike, then really verbs and get your butt to a hospital.
As long as you don't enjoy anything oozing out of the incision and it isn't bleeding or bust open or return with any redder you should be fine. Don't put a hot compress on it, if something is swelling always use something cool. It will form the swelling go down and pinch out the reddness
If it is the area around the steri strips and not around the incision itself it could simply be irritated. If it is around the incision, it may be the beginning of an infection.
The steri strips usually do come past its sell-by date in the shower roughly speaking 10 days after the surgery. I myself had surgery on the 6th. And within January too and that part is in the order of right.
Buy if you have discharge or swelling and rosiness at the incision site, go to the ER and share them or your doctor or at least make available him a call and update him. You really don't need to use an anti-bacterial soap.

Could be your gallbladder. That is what that sounds approaching especially if it is intermittent and has be going on for a while. Also likely if it get worse when you eat fatty or fried foods. Sounds like you might enjoy an ulcer. It would be prudent to see your doctor. try to not let your stomach achieve empty munch through a soda crackers off and on between meal and see if that helps. MY daughter be born with phloricstenosis.(not sure if that's spelled right) but shes have ulcers adjectives her life and the throbbing goes from her stomach to her spinal column. You can try the crackers . But please call your Doctor.

Muscular cramps?
I feel similar to I bother the doctor for nothing when I progress see him and that I am wasting is time so I am going to ask you guys instead ;O)I have vastly often (many time a morning or night) cramps in my legs or foot, my hands and lower legs are consistently cold winter/summer but as soon as I fell asleep my body suddendly get very hot (so hots that it's bothering my husband and he is sometime as too run and sleep on the sofa! and he is calling me is little radiator!) and it's diificult to cool down my feet and fingers sometime swollen and I hold to go rinse them near cold water to be capable of sleep.
Do you think I should stir and bother the doctor for that? any idea what it could be?

At your age its unusual to present beside such symptoms . If your menstrual cycles are not normal /regular than most probaly it involves you thyroid (its not needed for thyroid problems to present with swelling ) i push for you to get your thyroid function test done. Also you may have vitamin b complex defficiency pocket supplements of that i advise BECOUSOULE-Z OR RICONIA capsule take 1 each day before breakfast. It sick take guardianship of your cramps. Hav a proper diet increase the vegetable and fruit content. And also exercise walking is good i hope they unwell help
Try calculation more foods rich in calcium, potassium, and magnesium such as bananas, fish,and dairy to your diet fist past seeing a doctor. And drink plenty of water. Cramps are usually cause by lack of sea and not enough electrolytes.
If your insurance supports a nurse hot-line, ring them first. My guess is that you're not getting enough potassium. I would recommend consumption potatoes and bananas to increase the potassium levels if you completely don't want to go to your doctor. But if I be you, I'd make an appointment for this; you don't want to mess around near this kind of article as it could be a nervous system issue. Better to be resting on it early if it's something serious.

If you want plastic surgery for something, you need to assume about why you are really dejected. Sometimes people win plastic surgery and they still don't like the agency they look.

Eyebrow wax?
I just get my eyebrows waxed today and when I get home they started to itch. The person that did my eyebrows put some lotion on the eyebrows to relieve the irritation. What can I put on my eyebrows to relieve the irritation. Should I only buy regular face cream or obverse lotion? Don't put any lotion or dust it...put ice on them, and put aloe vera...Hope this help...lotion and wash will lately make it more irritated.
