what are your opinions on this remedy for lower final and knee spasm. Keep in mind I own mild scoliosis in my lower backbone and a slight pelvic "twist". or do you have another alternative that you'd reccommend? ( I've be told to start physical therapy as well)Answers:

ok at age 21 i have this problem but i took dual action colon cleanser and that get me going again!! and it really hasnt been an issue ever since..merely the issue of going so much more than i was and sometime that can go and get in the method too..but id a bit be going healthy than not at adjectives!! so try that stuff or another colon cleanser it should HELP A LOT! watch your diet too...more fruit n veggies
its not a fun issue, but it could be worse, you could hold the other end of the spectrum and hold days when you cant leave your house, and forget more or less eating out! Try to issue artificial sweetners like mannitol, sorbitol and some of teh others found contained by sugarfree gum and diet sodas. Drink lots of clear fluids, and coffee is a good route to jump start your system within the mornings. The only meds I clutch for my malady is a 600 mg calcium tab, a iron rich multi-vitamin and a daily lopridimine.
