the food guide pyramid is a pictorial representation of the USDA guidelines for a healthy,on the brink diet. the bottom of the pyramid (the largest area) represents the food groups which you should eat the most of, while the top (the smallest area) represents the foods you should munch through the least of. carbohydrate-rich foods (grains) should form the bulk of your diet. however, this is contested by some who claim that you should chomp through less carbohydrates and more protein-rich foods (meats, tofu, etc.). depending on your age, hobby level, body cargo, and whether or not you are pregnant, you will more or less servings of respectively particular food group that make up the pyramid. these serving sizes are stipulated on this website.

Yawning is cause by part of the brain making sure the match of gasses is right in our blood stream. Insects don't enjoy lungs anyway, they exchange gasses through their exoskeletons, so, no.

im a medical assistant and of course i own had this Tb testing done many times. it doesnt hurt at adjectives. it's like a small needle(that looks approaching the one thats used for finger pricking) and they inject it in your forearm. consequently they draw a circle with a pen around the injected site to see if it swells up(like a mosquito bite) it if does, u are TB positive. if it doesnt. later your skin would look normal as if u be never poked there, and it would be refusal which is good.
It doesn't hurt at adjectives. They inject somthing into the dermal layer of the skin so it bubbles. Then they draw a circle around it. It the bubble grows, you may own TB, if it reduces to nil you are okay. We get them adjectives the time in the military.

I was really edgy when i was getting it cuz I'm really afraid of needles, and i'm still benign of nervous when i own to get my second one. . . but it doesn't hurt at adjectives. Is this a hangover?
lastnight i drank for my first time, i drank a bottle of wine, i started drinking at about 11pm and i get pretty drunk feeling. i feel really slow and jsut extremely wierd, and i didnt like it one bit. so at 1:30am i go to bed and fell asleep fast. I woke up at 3am and proceeded to puke my brains out, after i puked everything up i go to bed, and woke up feeling almost typical at 9:30. when i got up i perceive a bit slugish and i had a headache. and my stomach be aching pretty doomed to failure, i went to my backyard and puked for a time more, but it was mostly dry. i took asperin for my headache, and i.e. now gone. i ate some bread and profoundly of water, and puked it adjectives up again. i went to the bazaar and got saltines and sprite, which have so far stayed down, but my stomach is still aching a bit. is this a typical hangover?Answers:
yes it is. subsequent time you go drinking you should drink hose down too, it helps to not own a hangover the next morning. all a hangover is is your brain mortal dehydrated so drinking river will fix it. trust me i haven't had a hangover contained by quite some time bc of doing this, and i drink A LOT when i run out.

Can you jiggle your scalp?

Possible food menace?
We had a fruitless storm last darkness and it knocked out our electricity for 3 hours at one point, including the refrigerator. The refrigerator have been posterior on for a while now, but my mom is concerned.. is the food contained by the refrigerator safe to munch through?Answers:
Take it's temperature. Just put any household thermometer within the fridge. Leave it for 10 minutes. If the temp is higher than 50 degree, you're in trouble.
If it stayed closed, the food inside should be fine. Three hours isn't a big contract at all...
I live within a hurricane area (FL) and when we lose power from a storm I set out my food in the fridge up to 24 hrs after an outage (as long as the fridge have stayed closed) before worrying nearly moving to coolers and putting it on ice.
