My foot are close to rime! D: ?

Seriously, this is neverending. Since I can remember, my feet enjoy always be freezing! Like, dead cold but they're fine. They're usual colour, and I can move them, but im tired of having freezing foot! If it's related, my legs are often achy (Though that may only be my low potassium... *Sigh*) and whenever I my legs/ feet acquire cold all these little red/purplish blood vessel come up and it looks kinda wierd. They dont pop out of the skin but you see all this red. Also, I know I enjoy bad circulation because I other nearly black out when I stand up... Anyway, newly wondering, is this something I should check into with the doc?

Eggs, meat, potatoes, toast - the greasier the better. Also, get coffee - lots and lots of coffee. If you still have a feeling like crap after that, stir get roughly speaking an hour of sleep. That should do the trick.

I honestly regard it might be a hysterics attack or something along those lines?

One day, I go to school within your average black and white converse, stupidly forgetting the school rules. When I win to the door, the security guard stops me, and tell me to go and stand contained by the corner, with the other kids who broke the uniform policy, at first, I be okay, but cursing at myself.

Something similar happen 1 month later when I get my first detention, just not as doomed to failure. Nothing else has happen since March.

I can't gain through it without medication. You may want to see your institution counsellor or talk near your parents about it if they'll be available for you. The best non-medicine cure for a frenzy attack is distraction. Talk with a friend something like something you or they like, and try to do as much of the chitchat as possible, it helps regulate your breathing. And lounge down if you feel dizzy, or at smallest sit with your team leader on a desk or table. Passing out probably wouldn't make you be aware of any better :P
