I own super dignified cholestrol...?
okay.. im only 15 and my cholestrol is around 230. its horrible how lofty it is. both my mom and dad hav high cholestrol and their parents and so on. so i no its inheritance and also my diet must have added on.*im a lacto-vegetarian and im not overweight
HOW CAN I LOWER MY CHOLESTROL SIGNIFICANTLY?
im gettin my blood drawn again in in the region of 2 months. i wud really like to be 190 or lower.

All you can do is let her know how you surface and if she continues to use then you should distance yourself from her. If she decide to get treatment consent to her know that you will be there to support her every step of the path but you cannot be around her while she destroys her life. You necessitate to look out for yourself in this situation as resourcefully.I know it seems low to leave her but you can't consent to her bring you down or manipulate you into enable her addiction ( which she will eventually do). Just tell her that you will do anything you can to facilitate her get into treatment whether it be 12 step base treatment or methadone.
