OK first off I know you will grasp those answers that say catch off your butt and exercise but they don't read between the lines how hard specifically for most obese people. your joint ache and you perceive weird exercising at a gym. My brother has gotten himself addicted to alcohol. This is probably because of his so copious frustrations in enthusiasm. Lately, though, he has started showing signs of regret contained by his actions. I think it's worth a try to do the intervention. One entity you can do is to go to a doctor to hold your brother checked up properly. If the doctor permits, he can step to outpatient treatments.
