i do like peas in a pod thing and next it takes one to two hours to leak back asleep, and it's usually at 3 am. thats wierd, i also, every dark when i fall asleep, i get up up about 30 min. after i go down asleep and go right hindmost to sleep, and it makes me nutty, even if i take sleeping pills, i get up after 30 min. but if i take sleeping pills consequently i don't usually wake at 3 am. i don't know why i obtain so aggravated when i wake every dark after 30 min., because i always stumble right back asleep, but for some root i get really annoyed that i'm awake again, later i forget about it and i'm put a bet on asleep.

k i am 38, married and have an 8 year older son. I have a phyical problem that inables me to move around ably. I am mostly home bound as we only enjoy one car and little money. So here is my problem, I am bored, or conceivably depressed. I see my live flying by and i am helpless (it feels like). I see adjectives the things in my cranium that i want to do. I plan everything out in my mind. I only just cant or dont do any of them. For example, I wake at 7:30, brand my hubbys lunch and sons breakfast.
