Is Coffee Good Of Bad??
Ok Im 15 and I never liked coffee, until I traveled to USA and tried Starbucks coffee <yes, believe or not, here Starbucks does not exists! Bad!> Well, I tried Iced Coffee and I only just loved it! Now I know how to prepare it and I drink 1 cup a day, Max. 2! I merely use coffee, milk and sugar, sometimes caramel or checolat, but not much, ahh and ice, in a minute Im asking myself, is it good or discouraging for me?! WHY?!Answers:
I'm no expert, but the latest report suggests that is to say not as bad for you as once thought, especially if you keep a tight rein on yourself to two cups a day. (Some doctors influence its bad for your heart, chiefly if you drink a lot of it.) I couldn't survive minus it, so I guess that means I'm addicted to the stuff. I'm sure somebody will hold something insightful to say here.
It's flawless for you only if you own a cup a day, but it's unpromising for your teeth, I suggest drinking tea instead it has indistinguishable stuff and more which is better for the body.
One or two cups a day shouldn't be too doomed to failure. Easy on the sugar though. Drink up !
coffee is high within antioxidants and it is good for you. however, the more milk/cream/sugar/ice/whatever go into your coffee, the worse it is for you. basically the dark your drink, the better it is for you. and watch out for coffees from starbucks ect. they are usually particularly high surrounded by calories.
It's super horrible and addicting! I don't think empire should drink coffee that often! It stains teeth and keep you awake constantly. Plus it blows up your money...
Coffee is good, highly good. Just don't drink too much and it is certainly healthy for you. Stimulates the nervy system, cuts the risk of developing type-2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and colon cancer, loaded with antioxidants. What's not to close to?

What is the most powerful sleep aid?
Something I can get OTC...no prescriptions!Here's what I've tried and don't approaching:
Nyquil (too groggy and too many meds you don't need)
Unisom (too groggy)
Tylenol Simply Sleep (not powerful enough)
Melatonin (causes dysphoria, not powerful enough)

Try sex. Totally relaxes you and most men can plummet asleep deeply afterward. If that doesn't do it try thaw out milk, or a turkey sandwich.
advil pm is better as tylenol
Take diphenhydramine (Benadryl), but make sure you run it about 10 hours in the past you need to rouse up so you don't feel groggy. Don't whip Tylenol pm or Advil pm unless you are having aching. That is just unecessary tablets and the pm IS Benedryl.
I use Benadryl Allergy relief (I don't enjoy allergies)
also Benadryl Cold & Synus. my pharmacist said they work good for a sleep aid, and He be right, it worked on me and it usually takes an elephant dart to put me down.

Need help out next to a Glucophage situation...?
My wife has be on Glucophage 1500 mg for PCOS and Insulin Resistance for about olden times 2 months and she had incresingly started to grain sick, (i.e. - indigestion, nasaua, dizzyness) and has even vomited a few times because of the symptoms. Today I spoke to a pharmacist and she stated that my wife might be have an adverse reaction to the Glucophage and lowering her Blood Sugar. We be able to testing the blood sugar and the meter stated it was at 79. We ate dinner and tested it again and it be then up to 99.My quiz is, what should we do? We have made an apointment to see her Doc but it isn't untill subsequent week, and she is still feeling in poor health. She has taken a plethera of Alka-Seltzer and lately started trying Pepto-Bismal (All confirmed to be ok by a Doc and Pharmacist.) We, she, needs some support. Anything will do.
