i've been listen to my ipod frequently and it kind of dull my sense of audible range.

Listening to music near those earphones (the pieces that be in motion in the ear) can if truth be told damage your audible range if the volume is loud enough and you constantly wear the earpiece to listen to music. Some doctors prefer that you take rotten all your clothes but they afford you a gown to wear for your examination so you're more comfortable (granted, that doesn't help out much). What the hell is wrong next to my legs & the affliction?

Since I was 6 I be having HORRIBLE leg pains within both legs at the same time. They use to vote it was "Growing pains". Now I'm 20 & the misery feels even worse. The dull pain is in both of my ankles and the muscles up to my knees & sometimes my wrists. It feel like someone twisting my ankles. & my muscles basically THROB. I get hold of a stomachache every few weeks. Anyone else?

It's usually not anything to hang on to me from functioning during the day, but every 2 weeks or so, I touch sick to my stomach for the day and sometimes bring slight cramping in my lower intestines. Anyone enjoy any idea what this might be?

This is somewhat strange, but it seems when I get the impression this way, as soon as I enjoy a bowel movement (which is sometimes very loose and sometimes hard) I start to be aware of better, and then it doesn't appear again until a couple weeks later when I touch sick again. Please help!

I really want to start practicing Transcendental Meditation, but I'm not sure how. I've heard that it is completely expensive and you have to own a special qualified teacher. Is at hand any way that I can lately teach myself at home, or revise from a book? Any information would be helpful, Thanks!

Being more musically inclined, I be initially attracted to the practices of Jodo Shinshu (aka Shin Buddhism) and Nichiren Buddhism - with the combination of chant a rhythmic phrase (Nembutsu or Odaimoku) and/or sutra recitation to a visual raise objections (a scroll of Amida or a Gohonzon). This is a more active form of meditation as compared to the silent form (see below for that). So I contracted to create a nonsectarian alternative in that capillary. There are a couple of simple techniques for silent meditation as economically. You do not have to sit on the floor. You can sit next to erect back on a stool. Many people right to be heard try for 15 minutes twice a day. I say aloud start with a simpler purpose - 5 minutes twice per day. The benefits include stress organization and relaxation benefits which help the body, increased mindfulness and focus, and increased vim. The mindfulness can be a benefit to your spiritual life, but meditation also have "non-spiritual" benefits. Here are two easy technique:

Breathing meditation - 1) Check posture. 2) Close your eyes and relax. 3) Focus on your breath entering and leaving your body. 4) Count breaths mentally one to four. Repeat. 5) Don't fracas a wandering mind, but calmly direct it put a bet on to task. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.

"Mantra" technique (choose a personal "calm" word or phrase that you will repeat surrounded by your meditation - it can be from your religion or something as simple as "one" or "calm" – I use the nonsectarian “Be One. Be Peace” or “Be One. Be Love. Be Peace.”) - 1) and 2) as above in the Breathing meditation. 3) Listen to your breathing and consent to it relax you with respectively breath. 4) Once you are relaxed, mentally "hear" your "calm" word or phrase in your mind. Let it repeat surrounded by your mind. 5) Don't fight a wandering mind, but steadily direct it back to assignment. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.

That is all here is to these very simple but beneficial meditation technique. Many people infer that something "mystical" should happen during meditation. Most regularly "nothing" happens and "nothing" should be expected.

Oh yes, and it didn't cost me anything to swot nor were in that any "initiations" involved.

Some good resources on "secular" meditation are "The Calm Technique" by Paul Wilson as okay as "The Relaxation Response" by Herbert Benson. If you need more formal "assistance" or "training" later I would look into Natural Stress Relief which was founded by former Transcendental Meditation instructors upset at the rising cost and ongoing superstition associated next to TM. They charge $47 for their training compared with the $2,500 that TM would charge you.

Meditation is great though, and the best meditation is free, merely sit down and breathe in your proboscis and then out your muzzle, just do anything feels appropriate, you can hum a specific sound or repeat a phrase that make you feel appropriate. anything you want as long as it relaxes you. Transcendental meditation supposedly allows people to levitate,but that have never been proven,and I'm pretty sure it's impossible.

I can't sleep at darkness!?

And its driving me nuts at first I thought it was because I ate So much sugar formerly i go to bed. But one darkness I didn't eat anything and Still couldn't procure to bed.

You enjoy to make not intake sugar before going to bed a routine. This is the lone way your body can adjust. At first it's gonna come across like zilch is different but after a while you will notice the difference. Also consumption sugar before going to bed is awfully unhealthy and I trust you know that. Sugar keep you up and can affect your digestive system negatively later on.
Get drunk and you will enjoy no trouble falling to sleep.
That is strange. Try taking a sleeping pill. That will help you bring back to sleep. BUT ONLY ONE! Do not take more than one - after you might not be able to get up up the next morning! :)

i dont know excpet some magazine saying hold a routine in the time past you go to bed. basically here to say that if you consume abundantly of sugar before you sleep, next you will wake up contained by the night because your blood sugar level will have crashed down. its midnight here and ive basically got through a big pack of haribo's so i can hardly chitchat. but im not going to bother going to sleep so... im ok!!

I use a small but still Loud FAN adjectives night to Sleep. I used a Fan to Sleep immediately for 12 years.

I Point the Fan away from me Not on me. Unless I go to bed kinda Hot.
But for the most part of a set, I point my Fan at a 90 degree angle only just 18 inches away from my ears.

Helps drown out my bissy trafficy road I live by.
