I am on long occupancy High dose steroids and wondered if anyone have get a tattoo done whilst on them.Did it be in motion ok?
The steroids are prednisolone for my health with the sole purpose. I have trouble remedial at times I wondered if anyone else had be on them at all at duplicate time as gettin a tat and if any problems arose?Thank you

I also take these steroids and I individually wouldn't take the unpredictability, if you are on a high dose and for a long time, you must be hold a serious illness.
Why would you be of a mind to take the luck of an infection when you already have trouble therapeutic? Is your life worth that little? And for what? A tattoo, something explicitly completely unnecessary.
You should be thankful that at hand is a medication that can help you beside healing; 50 years ago it didn't exist and when you get a wound that didn't heal you usually died of infection or blood poisoning.

Relaxing past a shot/ blood interview?
I have, for a unbelievably long time, been really afraid of needles. I am on the road to recovery at dealing with them (somewhat)-- but I still own one major problem. I know that I have need of to relax and not think in the region of the needle, when the nurse is sticking me, but I merely don't know how to do this. I try looking at other things in the room and breathing gaping, but the needle is other in the fund of my mind. How can I actually relax my arm, so that I don't on edge up and make the nozzle hurt even more than it needs to? What have worked for you? I need ways to in reality keep the muscles relaxed. No one likes to be stuck, so you're not alone. If for some pretext I get anxious, I do some thoughtful breathing to slow myself down and to relax the arm. Have you been coughing profusely? You create more mucus when you have a cold, some variety of infection, or an allergy. People cough because some of the mucus goes into the lungs. Go see a doctor.

Can scoliosis acquire worse even if you are done growing?

Yes, I had scoliosis as a teen and have surgical correction with the spinal fusion and Harrington rods and...to my dismay, I presently have a subsidiary curve. I'm 55 so I'm debating what to do. The orthopedist says that I have need of to have through surgery AGAIN. One shoulder is definitely difficult than the other. One hip is definitely sophisticated than the other. My head is cocked because I'm so crooked. Luckily, I'm not within any pain.
P.S.--Seek out a well brought-up orthopedist who has have a lot of experience treating scoliosis. Having the doctor look at your posterior as you bend forward from the hips is the first diagnostic means, afterwards x-rays taken at different intervals. A chiropractor may be able to comfort but I question whether the results are long-term.
Not unless you suffer new trauma. My wife has scoliosis and see's a chiropractor. This be a concern of mine as well. He stated that once you are finished growing your scoliosis will not progress by itself.

Yes, it can worsen even after you've stopped growing. I be diagnosed with it when I be 13. I wore a brace until my back be straight. I'm now 37 and I once again hold the curve back. Its putting pressure on my ribs, which are slowly crushing my moved out lung.
