Am i addicted to nicotene?
last time i have a cig was ego say roughly eh perchance like a month ago (late june, rash july). im 16 btw. im pretty much quitting at this point. but thing is, once u start smoking and u start INHALING similar to after a few inhales u feel lightheaded and it burns ur throat? yeah, does that penny-pinching your addicted? how can u tell ur adddicted to it? i guess the quiz here is, how do i know? heres another question. once u achieve nicotene into ur system and u finish the cigarette doesnt ur body want more nicotene eventually? what im trying to say is, once its within ur body, are u like addicted for vivacity? even if u never smoke again and never really look back does ur body still requirement it? or does that craving and need dissapate after withdrawing? close to i said im 16, im trying to quit and i know these are stupid questions. any sustain or additional info would be great. thank you!Answers:

Please listen to me. Do not ever pick up another cigarette contained by your life. You are not addicted after a few tries but it doesn't hold long. I started smoking at 17 and never stopped. It's like mortal an alcoholic once you are addicted. You might be able to quit but you will never stop wanting a cigarette. If an addicted smoker go too long without a cig, they receive cranky and uptight. That is your body going thru withdrawls. Please, please do yourself one of the biggest favors of your life and purely say no to cigarettes.
