got drunk ending night I know stupid. this morning I am not really hung over no headach freshly upset tummy should I eat or not?Answers:

I would guzzle..I find that stomach aches (from drinking) get worse if you don't eat. I suggest something to soak up stomach tart i.e. crackers or toast. I also find that greasy food helps too.approaching fries (although this is probably hard to find contained by the morning :-)
I would probably take a couple tylenol and drink a bunch of hose down just for upright measure.
You're probably overweight, and adjectives your body fat obsessed the alcohol. So, no, don't eat, lately drink water and run a few lap.

but at 14, I don't think it something you want to hold chancesagainst... give yourself a pass on good wishes to for the one night, and immediately go capture some rest!

Why don't you eliminate one possibility and sleep? Haha.
When your body does not win enough rest, sundry functions begin to shut down... a nouns or mutiny against you so to speak. It is normal to surface flu like symptoms. Hopefully, you are not illustrious, because that will only engineer things worse. I recommend getting some sleep. You should reserve your adrenaline for more useful situations, and times when you obligation to stay up all darkness. Not just because you enjoy nothing better to do.

I myself work 7p-7a on weekends and weekdays. I have be through the same entry you are going through as far working night shift. What I do to create the shift go by faster is doing uncommon chores around the operating room to keep me busy and constantly moving. Because if you do things close to working at the computer for long periods of time you will catch sleepy and tired. Also if you eat fatty food and glorious carb snacks it will make you tired as resourcefully. I try exercising while I'm still alert such as walking the stairs on walk around inside the building to hang on to my blood pumping. Also try to get plenty of obedient sleep during the day. I hold on to dark insulated curtains inside the house along next to some white noise such as, the ceiling fan and radio, etc to drown out daytime noises. These are some of the things I do to facilitate me survive during the night. Also if you can find a nice gentle dark place to lug a nap surrounded by between your shift that will help too.
Just sway in near pal. I have that awful shift for about a year and fought sleepiness adjectives the time. I found it very difficult after forty years of morning jobs to even attain any sleep in the daytime. But my doctor said I would have to gain 100 pounds to be as unpromising off healthwise as I be when I was smoking. So I am vastly glad I quit.

Nexium and dizziness?
I was given Nexium for twinge they're still trying to figure out (may be gallbladder or hernia) and immediately I'm really dizzy and am having a bit of problems breathing. I also took a Vicodin, but I've be taking that for two weeks without this thought. I just started the Nexium yesterday. I also enjoy bad anxiety so this may be an anxiety attack (that is why I'm not freaking out and going to the er as most in need anxiety would). Has anyone else had issues beside Nexium?Answers:
