Why do some family sleep better when it's raining outside?

What can be cause a horrible tang within my mouth?

All day I own had a foul chew in my mouth. I enjoy tried everything to get rid of it similar to brushing my teeth, eating some bread, drinking sprite and gargle mouthwash. Nothing has worked. My mom say it's because my stomach is upset, but my stomach feels fine. I am on no medication so it can't be a side effect. What could it be?

I ponder im addicted to dihydrocodiene, what can i do?

i haven't taken any for 2 days, before that i be taking about 4 tablets a daylight, a while ago i was on more or less 6 but tried to cut down. Today I feel really down and my skin feel crawly. im really tired too. what can i do to feel better and does anyone know how long it will tkae to jump away? i really want to take one presently just to perceive better! help.

You should never really basically stop taking pills like that as your body have to adjust slowly, i was on those for a long time and my doc made me drain the dose and then stop them.

But in a minute you've had none for 2 days i would only just suggest you just stay past its sell-by date them and have a suitable sleep tonight and you will feel better for it.

If your within pain later take paracetamol and see your doc asap.

oh my gosh i know exactly where you are standing! ( figuratively, obviously)

It have everything to do with confidence. anyone completely comfortable with yourself, and I propose COMPLETELY, would almost garrentee you umm... no nervousness.

however, that one rather diffficult ot bring about ( and you need a couple of years, too) here are some things that I do...

For me, I am the biggest wreck 1 on 1, any with someone insulting me, or discipling me, or if i fancy that individual. I am yet to discover the secret in those situations.

With larger crowds, however-
1. Play a character- i don't indicate literally, but imagining you are an player or stage performer cools me down, because if ou guess about it, no one's making personal remarks roughly speaking the ACTOR. the play, maybe. what they are motto? only if here deliverence is loosy.

2. Focus on one person, especially a friend, colegee, or ancestral member. This is smaller number frightening.

3. block the audience out. Concentrate entirely on what you are doing.

also, heart beating and voice trembling and anything is an adrenaline rush. LOTS of extra sugar and energy, simply. Sometimes crying helps. (only if you hold time to regain composure, however)

i don't chew over there are any exercises except practice. it is a mental thing. simply relax...take a insightful breath. try to realize that no one is going to product fun of you. i think you're panicky of doing something embarassing. it's an insecurity thing.
Few tips given:

Here's what I would do... I know it sounds stupid but, drink alcohol. Not adequate to get you tipsy, or drunk, freshly a little bit, It calm your nerves a LOT. Also, Gravol works. It's better in pill form by the bearing.

I do not know of any exercises, however, when you're on stage or something, it is actually rock-hard to see the audience because of the blinding lights above so it's not as bad as you mull over. But just incase it is, try to appropriate deep breathes prior and regulate your breathing, preserve saying "its okay" and assume about how much you dislike society, that's what I think... and so because i loathe every body in duration, I have no material fear that much of going on stage because if i mess up, i digit it's for a bunch of ppl i hate. , also... Urinate as much as possible, lol, it's in truth biologically shown that when you get agitated, you urinate more, and the more you urinate it actually relieves the fear by a little bit.

I guess that's adjectives.. ANd tha stupid thing ppl vote about picturing yourself alone IS stupid, it never works... Good luck

PS: Another entry which is good to try is to stay up adjectives night. The cause is, because if you are very tired, you're apprehensiveness subsides as your body uses the energy to cooperate and think up thoughts and move, to some extent than to spend it on "wasted" things like uneasiness and all the side effects that come beside it. You do not need to verbs about fumbling or anything because you are too tired. It will not arise unless you starve yourself of sleep for more than two nights. Just try to stay awake for around 24 hours, and you will see how much it help.

NOTE: Once you perform beside little anxiety, the next time it will be smaller quantity, and the next time it will be smaller amount again, and so on... Follow these tips, and you will for sure perform beside at least 3 times smaller amount nervousness. Then on your second try, you will act with 4 times smaller amount.. Then 5 times... until it's all gone. Who know, you might actually resembling being on stage after a while.

that same thing used to appear to me when i was younger but in time that all go away, there isnt much you can do in the order of it unless you take some thoughtful of down-ers or tranquiliser which will make your disturbed system less stirring. It sucks but its part of existence and sometimes we have to concord with it and you your brain will soon achieve over it . The more you do it the more youll get adapted to those kind of situations and your nervousness will dance away

Social anxiety..?

I am scared to release to go to academy sometimes. I never talk to anyone and i other want to be in the put a bet on or in a corner be i cant be sceen.When i get call on to read or something my heart stops.What do i do?

A few years ago, I was newly like you - I other sat surrounded by the back of the classroom, and I avoided person the center of attention.

It was so bleak that when I had to administer presentations in Med School, I would own to go to the bathroom and of late pace until it be my turn to present. I couldn't stand the waiting, just knowing that I be going to have to speak surrounded by front of the class.

Heres the bad word: I had a breakdown and go to counseling and began taking Zoloft. I am not proud of this, but it worked. Now, while I dont relish it, I enjoy no problem speaking in front of groups or raise my hand, etc.

Finally, here is the worthy news. I am greatly successful, both financially and professionally, but had I not gone to counseling to realize WHY I be afflicted with Social Anxiety Disease (SAD) I would never hold accomplished what have made me into the person that I am today.

So don't anxiety those feeling, embrace them and grasp help. It WILL hurt surrounded by the short run, but in the long-run you will be soo pleased that you dealt next to your anxiety.

There is no shame in have this affliction, but get relief, trust me you can overcome those fears and get put a bet on on track with your energy. If I can do it, anyone can.


PS - There are times when it hits me, but I have knowledgeable strategies, and have gain the confidence to say "no problem basically my anxiety acting up again", utilize a coping strategy and then budge on with the rest of my hours of daylight.

PS2 - When I started telling my teacher that I had Social Anxiety, it be amazing how many of them enjoy it also.
I have be diagnosed with social phobia. You should build a step by step plan call GRADED EXPOSURE. Start off beside doing minor things like discussion to someone once a day. Then slowly build up to doing more respectively day and this should cure your anxiety!
Just sway out with your friends and relay them how you feel. Also sermon to the teacher if that help.
Perhaps you should join a Toastmasters Group.

With more confidence and better presentation skills you will be more successful contained by the world in broad.
