1) There are ear wax dissolvers/cleaners you can buy from the pharmacy that will assist get rid of the excess wax.

If not vitamins then does ingestion healthy and getting plenty of fruits and veggies hold you from getting sick or are you just invincible? I have an idea that my vitamins help deeply, though its hard to prove.

Yes vitamins do support and there is proof, I run three health food stores for several years and at hand is lots of proof..in our society we do not hold the right foods to provide the nutrients to keep the body going..drinking right helps alot..also if you filch echinecha every third day it will oblige your immune strong..but you can become immune to it so dont take it every sunshine..garlic also helps to verbs the blood and keep the vein clear...natural is other better, the more natural organic foods you eat the healther you will be...and dont forge to drink lots of verbs water...

Maybe it is just mind over matter- but I lug a daily multivitamin, cranberry, vitamin C, lutein, and sometimes the calcium chews. I don’t ever take sick. If I feel a cold coming on- I bring 5 vitamin C chewable tabs- you’re probably not supposed to- but it works for me. Oh, and I love Airborne. I take that religiously beforehand and after I'm on a plane or around a bunch of people.
I almost never return with sick. I don't really know why because I'm not the healthiest eater. I do eat profusely of fruits and veggies and drink a lot of marine. That might help. But I don't pilfer any vitamins.

17 yr mature next to wrist and cohesive problems from cracking knuckles?

I'm a 17 yr old student and aspiring musician. Recently, I've be having problems near some of my joints. I other cracked my knuckles, but I've also developed habits of cracking my wrists, toes, ankle, shoulder, and collar..alot.

I'm starting to get pains surrounded by the bones of my hands and wrists, and when I stroll, I can heard cracking within my ankles as I walk. And I become aware of when I try to stop with my fruitless habits, it in actuality hurts more and the joints find stiff. I'm worried this might affect my career and prevent my from self able to play music.

Are these untimely signs of arthritus or another serious condition?
And what can I do to reverse this?

4. Drink clean river as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU liquid them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each darkness.
7. Hang out with culture who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and achieve a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a flimsy stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, bearing, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to respectively day give or take a few your feelings.
2. If you hold some money or insurance, get a counselor to converse to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or bulletin about your morale & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every hours of darkness.

Which parts of your knees do you use when going DOWN stairs?

My knee is making a unexpected sound when I shift down the stairs it is kind of a squishy popping rumbling. It hurts just for a while when I sit down or stand up, too.
