Why enjoy i get a lump in recent times below my nouns its terribly annoying and it kinda does stick out relatively abit?

im not thin and im not portly i dont no if thats got to do near anything and im thinking ive had it most of my go ive only started noticeing it more these closing few years because im going on holiday and ive got some vests i want to wear and i want to no what it is so consequently i could maybe do something just about it and im pretty sure its not anything approaching cancer it could just be my bone gone abnormal at the top of my spine n just below my nouns but im not sure can anyone help or confer some good guidance thanks GG,

I finally went to the ENT and he sent me for a biopsy and a CT scan. The biopsy showed cell that indicated a cyst and the scan showed of late a mass in my nouns. So it was determined that it be a Branchial Cleft Cyst. Branchial Cleft Cysts are in your body from the time you fire up to form from a fetus to a baby. It happen when the "gills" that you have open to close when your eyes, nose, ears, and mouth shift and form and move into place. When even lately a minute amount of cells bring back between the "gills" as they close, they form a cyst.

It's more common see in babies after they're born but it's also commonly see in nation in the ages of 20 to 30 (I only turned 26).

Falling asleep?

Ever since I was a juvenile, whenever I was tired, I would purloin a nap. If I be at a park, a library, even during high university - I wouldn't force myself to stay awake, and I'd just give somebody a lift a nap.

I've be doing that for years now, and presently it's getting kind of alarming. Scary because, now I find myself falling asleep while riding the bus, getting my spike cut or doing activities that constraint that I sit quietly for a long time.

Last dark, I fell asleep playing video games!!

I'm afraid one day, I might plummet asleep on something important - approaching a business meeting, driving, or when I'm next to my girlfriend!

Any suggestions on help?

i hv similar prob but not as serious as you. I used to trickle asleep in train, even it take only 5-10 min. Now I listen to ipod so I seldom plunge asleep in train again. The biggest point is tat you need something to preserve you busy, music, psp, chewing gum. While in lesson or update, you better drink some coffee. if tat doesnt work, I know coffee follow by coke will be very efficient.
Basically, you need to cause sure you sleep well at nite. If you're too tired, you will eventually plummet asleep no matter wht you're trying to do. I have some embarrasing experience like fell asleep on an esculator, chitchat on the phone & standing in a train. I realize i was too tired & didnt catch enough sleep. tat's the switch

Has anybody had to drink Barium in the past having a CAT Scan or MRI. If so, what does it bite like?

Yes, & I dislike intensely to drink weird things & I lived through it. It of late taste approaching Milk of Magnesia, or Malox. It doesn't really have a distictive bite. I just held my breath & drank it. It's newly chalky feeling. You'll be okay. Better to own the test & grasp better. Hang Tuff !!

i deliberate i have have a CATScan...if not it be a upper gi.but yes they gave me some stuff to drink ...i have like 3 dif things to drink though.one be acidy and it looked like sprit but it wasnt...it really lately tickled the way down so it wasnt discouraging...the second was a highly very chalky shake looking drink...it taste like my protein powder drinks.so i can switch it ...but it wasnt the best it was immensely thick...and tons other have said it be nasty.but you can do it seriously its not that that unpromising really...

Why Meditate?

I have be thinking for awhile as to why meditate at all. My friends give me a few reasons aft why to meditate such as health and social benefits. However, I still enjoy my doubts if it is really worth the trouble to get into meditation. Has anyone tried this contained by the past? Thanks.

Meditation is simply research to live in the moment, when zilch distracts you and when you are not tied to the past or anxious almost the future. In meditation you become peacefully aware of your physical self. The more you use it, the more aware you become. When you learn to live time for each moment, to wallow in and appreciate life to the fullest at that moment, you suddenly become impervious to the myraid of doubts and fears that you've lived next to all your life span.

While there are abundant folks that seem to believe their precise mantra has "magical power", it really is the mindfulness that matter. The mantra is just one of the vehicle you can use to get here.

I developed a simple nonsectarian practice, but my background is surrounded by Buddhism - specifically Jodo Shinshu (aka Shin) Buddhism, Nichiren Buddhism, and the nonsectarian teachings of the Bright Dawn Institute (aka Kubose Dharma Legacy).

Here is the simple, yet potent, meditation technique that I use beside some recommended resources as well. Specific posture does not event. If you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor, you can sit on a bench with foot flat on the floor.

Since I have medical issues, I do a simple form of secular mindfulness meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. This help to reduce glorious blood pressure and the frequency of headaches. I have in reality studied a wide range of religions and paths. For me, the purpose of any practice is to encourage self-reflection, internalizing this awareness , and wonder/gratitude/awareness of the interdependent forces of the Universe (Dharmakaya - contained by Shin this is symbolized as Amida Buddha which allows practitioners to perceive these forces as “compassionate” and “caring” thus allowing us to relate to them easier, or as the Gohonzon in Nichiren Buddhism which is a calligraphic representation of the “Ceremony contained by the Air” from the Lotus Sutra which is also a representation of the interdependent forces of the Universe).

There are a couple of simple techniques for silent meditation as very well. You do not have to sit on the floor. You can sit near erect back on a bench. Many people voice try for 15 minutes twice a day. I voice start with a simpler purpose - 5 minutes twice per day. The benefits include stress regulation and relaxation benefits which help the body, increased mindfulness and focus, and increased animation. The mindfulness can be a benefit to your spiritual life, but meditation also have "non-spiritual" benefits. Here are two easy technique:

Breathing meditation - 1) Check posture. 2) Close your eyes and relax. 3) Focus on your breath entering and leaving your body. 4) Count breaths mentally one to four. Repeat. 5) Don't scuffle a wandering mind, but calmly direct it support to task. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.

"Mantra" technique (choose a personal "calm" word or phrase that you will repeat surrounded by your meditation - it can be from your religion or something as simple as "one" or "calm" – I use the nonsectarian “Be One. Drink tea next to honey, gargle with saline water (sounds to me similar to it would make it hurt more, but populace swear by it), don't drink anything cold, and get plenty of rest to assistance your body get over it efficiently. If I squeeze a cotton bubble, it squeaks, and I have a feeling it surrounded by my neck/joints. Anyone else grasp this? and why?

It's the same opinion I get as when someone runs their fingernails over a chalkboard... some other things do this too. For some idea, cotton balls and the tiny squeaky nouns they make is the worst. It's resembling a tickly/tingly sensation in the joint in my chin, neck, collarbone, etc. My girlfriend know about this too and we're wondering what cause it. Is it the sound, the shuddering, texture...?

I don't know what it is, I can only assume it's your muscles react to the horrid feeling you attain when you hear it. I get it when I scrub aluminum pan with a metal scrubber, every time. Just grit my teeth and carry it over with briskly... blech! Makes me shudder just thinking going on for it.
