Nose situation examine?
so i've seen pictures where on earth the nasal tip is way smaller than the nostrils making it look "fake".is that because the individual decided not to diminish the size of the nostrils?
Answers:
The nose career, actually call corrective rhinoplasty, mainly depends on the surgeon`s skill. The surgeon should know how to presume the final outlook before and during the operation.
Usually the surgeon explains the possible results to the long-suffering. The reduction of the size of the nostrils might go off a visible blotch around the nose which might not be suitable aesthetically. No one wants a incredibly small nasal tip with relatively larger nostrils. So this is mostly a result of an incompetent surgeon. The surgeon should not engender the nasal tip so small even though the patient asks for it. Although within is a possibility that an uninformed patient might ask her/his nasal tip to be exceedingly small, the surgeon ought to explain that the result might not look natural. So if anyone is seeking for a customary nose opening, he/she should admit a board certified plastic surgeon.

What substance would mar someone the most?
Between marijuana and alcohol, what would do the most long term wound? **PLEASE do not say both**I don't drink alcohol at adjectives but i do regularly use marijuana. Sad thing is though, most of the elder bunch that have be doing it in existence never got too far (financially), and they've adjectives kind of mentally lost it, but most are physically decent and happy.
Opposed to the elder bunch that drank most their life, are depressed and they look resembling they are not doing so well form wise any, but they seem to be much more successful than the marijuana crowd.
So which one is worse?
BTW i own posted this before, I do not want an answer that tell me not to do it, that is my personal edict. I do not want an answer that says both are discouraging, I think we adjectives already know that and you are just stating the perceptible. I want a straight up answer of which one you think is worse from your own personal experiences.

The researchers suggest that such an effect might occur from marijuana's effects on blood pressure and heart rate and reduced oxygen-carrying dimensions of blood.

obviously its your life span & the choice will be made by you, but, depending on your aspirations in go & the path that it would involve- indubitable hbaits like the two above mentioned, would be detrimental to your own progress (as it would be considered a self-destructive way & does not help you, since their effects are documented to enjoy negative effects, regardless of long or short-term)
merely sincere moderation & no behavior on your part that would would qualify as addiction, could maintain either of the two contained by your life (as a thriving recreational activity)
Alcohol is way worse. It forever severes the synaptic link between impudence cells and they eventually die. Marijuana releases an enzyme which prohibits the communication between synapses but does not result in permanent ruin like alcohol. It does not verbs the nerve cell, it a moment ago makes it stupid. If you stop smoking, the stupidness will eventually budge away. But with alcohol it never comes support...the nerve is motionless. Don't listen to people who post around negative effects of marijuana. Go to www.norml.org and win the info for yourself.
I think any could be considered "healthy" in the certainty that they wont cause too much deface to your body AS LONG AS USED IN MODERATION. I mean if you enjoy a habit of smoking everyday it'll prove to be poorly physically and mentally but if you smoke say once or twice a month for leisure all is powerfully. But remember it's a illegal substance which also add another factor which could cause other problems surrounded by your life. Of course if you drank approaching a fish and acted like a moron and made unpromising decisions they'll bring some problems too. I'd say the answer would diverge for different personalities, if you have a mature nature and could make smart decision either could be handle and you could lead a ecstatic life. But really within my opinion, when your elder you'd realize if you had a become fully grown personality you wouldn't really want to smoke anyways. That crap belongs to high-schoolers really. I used to meditate in elevated school that everyone smoked, total BS.

Why Meditate?
I have be thinking for awhile as to why meditate at all. My friends give me a few reasons astern why to meditate such as health and social benefits. However, I still hold my doubts if it is really worth the trouble to get into meditation. Has anyone tried this surrounded by the past? Thanks.Answers:
Meditation is simply study to live in the moment, when nil distracts you and when you are not tied to the past or anxious give or take a few the future. In meditation you become peacefully aware of your existing self. The more you use it, the more aware you become. When you learn to live existence for each moment, to savour and appreciate life to the fullest at that moment, you suddenly become impervious to the myraid of doubts and fears that you've lived next to all your enthusiasm.
While there are abundant folks that seem to believe their demanding mantra has "magical power", it really is the mindfulness that matter. The mantra is just one of the vehicle you can use to get in attendance.
I developed a simple nonsectarian practice, but my background is within Buddhism - specifically Jodo Shinshu (aka Shin) Buddhism, Nichiren Buddhism, and the nonsectarian teachings of the Bright Dawn Institute (aka Kubose Dharma Legacy).
Here is the simple, yet potent, meditation technique that I use next to some recommended resources as well. Specific posture does not thing. If you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor, you can sit on a bench with foot flat on the floor.
Since I have medical issues, I do a simple form of secular mindfulness meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. This help to reduce high-ranking blood pressure and the frequency of headaches. It is a practice recommended by my primary licensed physician and is not encumbered by any superstitious baloney.
I have if truth be told studied a wide assortment of religions and paths. Being more musically inclined, I be initially attracted to the practices of Jodo Shinshu (aka Shin Buddhism) and Nichiren Buddhism - with the combination of chant a rhythmic phrase (Nembutsu or Odaimoku) and/or sutra recitation to a visual purpose (a scroll of Amida or a Gohonzon). This is a more active form of meditation as compared to the silent form (see below for that). So I contracted to create a nonsectarian alternative in that artery. One practice that I find helpful contained by the vein of the Way of Oneness (the realization of interdependence) is to mantra “Be One, Be Peace” in a position of gassho (palms together contained by front of chest with fingers pointing upward - a traditional tick of respect) to an object such as a Dharma Wheel or a drawing of enso (a circle - you can paint one on a while sheet of quality newspaper with a Chinese style brush - traditionally the circle is not fully sheltered - just do a Google query on enso to see examples) as used in Zen. Five minutes of this every morning until that time work does wonders for my blood pressure and stress level.
You are more than kindness to use the chant if you muse you may find it possibly useful.
I use two forms: “Be One. Be Peace.” for those who prefer a four syllable “mantra” similar to “Namandabu.” Or “Be One. Be Love. Be Peace.” for those who prefer the pace of a six syllable “mantra” approaching “Nam(u) Myo-ho Ren-Ge Kyo” or “Na-Mu A-Mi-da Butsu.” People who like (or are drawn) to drone are attracted to the rhythm.
For me, the purpose of any practice is to encourage self-reflection, internalizing this awareness , and wonder/gratitude/awareness of the interdependent forces of the Universe (Dharmakaya - surrounded by Shin this is symbolized as Amida Buddha which allows practitioners to perceive these forces as “compassionate” and “caring” thus allowing us to relate to them easier, or as the Gohonzon in Nichiren Buddhism which is a calligraphic representation of the “Ceremony surrounded by the Air” from the Lotus Sutra which is also a representation of the interdependent forces of the Universe).
There are a couple of simple techniques for silent meditation as capably. You do not have to sit on the floor. You can sit beside erect back on a bench. Many people read out try for 15 minutes twice a day. I read aloud start with a simpler aspiration - 5 minutes twice per day. The benefits include stress running and relaxation benefits which help the body, increased mindfulness and focus, and increased heartiness. The mindfulness can be a benefit to your spiritual life, but meditation also have "non-spiritual" benefits. Here are two easy technique:
Breathing meditation - 1) Check posture. 2) Close your eyes and relax. 3) Focus on your breath entering and leaving your body. 4) Count breaths mentally one to four. Repeat. 5) Don't box a wandering mind, but calmly direct it vertebrae to task. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.
"Mantra" technique (choose a personal "calm" word or phrase that you will repeat contained by your meditation - it can be from your religion or something as simple as "one" or "calm" – I use the nonsectarian “Be One. Be Peace” or “Be One. Be Love. Be Peace.”) - 1) and 2) as above in the Breathing meditation. 3) Listen to your breathing and permit it relax you with respectively breath. 4) Once you are relaxed, mentally "hear" your "calm" word or phrase in your mind. Let it repeat surrounded by your mind. 5) Don't fight a wandering mind, but steadily direct it back to obligation. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.
That is all near is to these very simple but beneficial meditation technique. Many people have an idea that that something "mystical" should happen during meditation. Most recurrently "nothing" happens and "nothing" should be expected.
Oh yes, and it didn't cost me anything to swot nor were within any "initiations" involved.
Some good resources on "secular" meditation are "The Calm Technique" by Paul Wilson as economically as "The Relaxation Response" by Herbert Benson. If you need more formal "assistance" or "training" after I would look into Natural Stress Relief which was founded by former Transcendental Meditation instructors upset at the rising cost and ongoing superstition associated next to TM. They charge $47 for their training compared with the $2,500 that TM would charge you.

I got really into a few months ago and in fact made myself about ten minuetes a year for a few months, I noticed zilch then, but I've be buisy and since stopped and recently I realised I'm not as elated as I was. Nothing surrounded by my life have changed, nothing bleak has happen, but I'm not as calm going on for things and content. Coincidence? Possibly. The good entity first of all is that u own a schedule, and rnt going to sleep at different times respectively day. Ur nocturnal rota isn't hurting ur body because it is so accustemed to it.
However, u should gradually work on varying ur schedule. It would probably bring in ur life easier if u be on the same rota as an average person. (Go to sleep at 8-11, stir up 7-10)

Answers:
Very adjectives. Have someone check your sleeping posture and see which parts are not in a nonpartisan (misaligned) position. Also, a big factor is your pillow firmness...the pillow should be firm enough to support your décolletage so that it is straight (not pitching forward or back, or past its sell-by date to the side if you are a sidesleeper.)
If you are a side sleeper, you will need a firm pillow. If you are a spinal column sleeper, a less firm pillow. Stomach sleepers probably hold the softest pillow so that their head does not pitch put a bet on. You can also experiment with contoured or 'memory' pillows, but I enjoy had fixed success next to those.
It sounds like you involve a new bed..this does ensue quite recurrently to people.....

If you ate at burger king, the mosquito is the most minuscule of your worries :)
No, don't be concerned. Mosquitos only lay eggs contained by standing water close to swamps and ponds. I'm sure the bug wasn't the cleanest thing contained by the world but we consume minute amounts of disgusting stuff all sunshine every day and don't even chew over about it.
Don't verbs, enjoy your burger (:
Nah! Your stomach acids would eliminate anything the mosquito left at the rear.
Google yahoo on the number of bugs a person eat yearly minus knowing it. You'd be surprised!
EW why would you eat it after its be contamintaed by a bug...that's gross
Um... mosquitoes don't lay eggs every time they land. And they would hatch into larva, worms is a totally different thing, mostly effecting dogs and puppies. Anyway I notably doubt you have mosquito eggs contained by you. Don't worry something like it. The fact that you ate food from Burger King scare me more.
And why didn't you think of this formerly you ate it? haha
