um very well that happens to me too! to gross sure i will be able to sleep i verbs down the shades in my room, close the door!, and label sure know lights are showwing in thhe room! and or possibly its because your uncomfortible in your bed conceivably you should checkk the asheets and make sure theres not an iota pens or books or anything else!
