Should i drink a protein drink everyday or simply after the days i workout? (3x a week)?

plz tel me what to do... in the drink i consume something like 23 g of protein ...plz help me

It adjectives depends how serious you are on working out. In the past I own done well by trying to consume one gram of protein for respectively pound of lean muscle mass (your total weight minus any "fat" weight).
When taking protein, I deem it is a good model to take at smallest once a day (even if you arent working out that sunshine, your body still needs the nutrients for recovery). As for the workout days, still enjoy your normal protein, but enjoy an extra shake within a partially hour of working out. This will help to mitigate the muscle breakdown.
Long story short, 23 grams of protein really isn't that much adjectives together. You should try to take within 80 to 100 grams if you want to grow some lean muscle.
I believe it is safe to drink a protein drink everyday. My husband have a protein shake almost everyday. Keeps you energized and has the vitamins you want. Nothing wrong with that! :)

if you are just drinking it is extraordinarily bad. munch through food with it. resembling fruits and everything. unless you are on a liquid diet afterwards that is fine (but don't guzzle anything else) my mom a nurse told me this so i believe this personally.

2. focus on your cardio sessions - from what i've read, to loose substance use a varied even of intensities. for example, if you use a stepper - use a high setting for a minute and a atmosphere to low setting for about 2. but making sure your heart rate is illustrious, but within an agreeable level.

3. drink small meals 6 times a light of day. always munch through a good breakfast (ie. eggs, wheat toast and some fruit). since it can be time consuming to prepare meal, supplement one or two with a nutrition shake or strength bar. - this will abet keep your metabolism up. save in mind, on average, your stomach (and heart) occur to be the size of your fist. so your meals shouldn't exceed that size.

4. other keep your body hydrated. drink plenty of marine throughout the day and more during exercise. websites own several ways to figure out what's a clad amount to drink. i usually drink abour 4 bottle waters (not including during a meal) during the day and two during workouts.

After Corn Removal?

so I gave my hubby those little Dr. Scholls corn removers and he used them. (correctly from what I could see) I bought him wider work boots but he still have red soft circles where the corn be. he says they dont hurt, but he wont wear sandles grounds he is ashamed. girl those dr. scholls does not work. they jus make the corn more noticable. the solely way to get hold of rid of corns is through corn removal surgery. it hurts but it works. your insurance pays for it.
I would suggest going to see a podiatrist, a surgically trained podiatrist. Your friend is a candidate for surgical correction for his hammertoe deformity. That's the cause of the normal corns.
NOTE: do not use the Medicated corn pads. They've be known to burn holes through the skin. (THey hae bitter in them).
