Addiction vs. craving?
I smoked for more years than I can count. (Well, not really, I can count them just fine.) I never really have a desire to stop, so any method I tried was unsuccessful.My doctor discouraged hypnotism and suggested I try a unmarked drug, Chantix.
I used it for a month and it worked like a charm, but here was one place where on earth I really had to box my urge, because it is where I have always smoked the heaviest.
It dawn on me that, since I was have no problems anywhere else, I was tempt to give surrounded by to a habit, not a craving or an addiction.
That's be seven months, and when I told my doctor I'd quit taking the medication, he asked, "When did you start smoking again?" And I told him I hadn't. I'm not going to go through this again.

Are you eating fresh pineapple or can? They're both pretty acidic, but if you are ingestion fresh, there's enzymes in it that make it even worse. Try switching to canned because usually the enzymes break down from self stuck in a can adjectives day.

Yes, it's unyielding to quit smoking, and the longer you've smoked, the harder it is. Not everyone gains counterbalance when they quit; my dad did when he quit, but that's because he was unconsciously replacing cigarettes near food. (He didn't get massively fat, though, he basically kind of grew a "table muscle".)
