Sleeplessness!?
Last night, I couldn't seize to sleep, so I took 1 tylenol PM. It didn't work. My legs felt shaky, etc. but I couldn't plunge asleep. I took the pill at 12, qnd didn't fall asleep til 4:30. I hold mild anxiety and take 25mg of Trazadone, a soporific antidepressant. The whole time I tried to decline asleep, but kept thinking abt other things. I finally fell asleep at 4:30 and woke up at 8:30. I am kinda tired today, but am worried abt tonight.I don't know what to do? Should I exercisem, what shlould I not eat? Since I nick half of a 50mg pill of traodone, should I rob the whole pill merely for tonight? Will it cause any desecrate?Answers:
