OMG! Did you know that the first time someone does X, it makes their spinal cord escape fluid, and if they do enough (just the first time) it can slay them. So, to let a child do this, is not single doing wrong to them physically and harming their body for the rest of their lives, but it's also messing near them mentally, and they could be stuck with atmosphere or images that will den them forever. These children don't even have a choice within their own well person when they grow up, because the damage is already done. So, dont cry since going to sleep.. Try solving any problem before you close your eyes for the hours of darkness so you would have a restful sleep. SWEET DREAMS!
oh yeah! it definately drains a being! Especially makes my eyes really dry and cold and hurt. 7 1/2 hours is not plenty sleep, though. you're supposed to get 9-11 hours of sleep every dark. though a lot of ppl don't.

Visit websites that have information on the subject of ADD, they can be very nifty. Also, try some natural ways to try and give support to you with the ADD, websites will bestow you this info too.

If not, I'd go to a physician first because they are usually cheaper.
Also, don't be so hurried to go on medication, they aren't a miracle cure and tend to hold a lot of side effects. And near no insurance, these meds tend to be expensive too.

Get a worthy vitamin. I personally pinch MegaMan which are cheap, but I noticed since taking them I dont enjoy weird funny mood when waking up within the morning. I notice that because of the giant iron in the pills my oral cavity dont turn a slight blue, my eyes dont bother me, and i can jog in need my legs feeling as tired.
So yes they can but dont sit and reason IM GOING TO BUY THIS BRAND AND IT WILL WORK it depends on you. Try a few for atleast a week and do what makes you surface better.

k so im a 17 year old feminine and i dont usually drink much, but last hours of darkness i had not even a full beer but i guess becuase i dont weigh so much (100 pounds) it couldnt pilfer it all, so i threw up seven times. But today i still consistency really nausous and my stomach really hurts, and i dont think i own anything more to throw up but i still dont feel ably. Keep drinking soft drinks (ie coke, powerade, etc) and try to eat something beside a high cholestorol content
A hangover is simply dehydration combined with low blood sugar level. Through years of experience I have found this combination seem to do the trick

there is tablets that you can help yourself to called milk thistle. they are availale from chemists. transport them for a month b4 going out on the lash. they repair your liver so it doesnt work hard to find rid of the mucky beer u have a moment ago drank. also drink lots of water b4 foot. headache due to dehydration. eat something b4 u shift out and g=have a frie brekfast tjhe next time and some orange liquid.
eat bread, drink wet, take a powernap and then win a shower. the only point that cures a hang over is time.

Well the cough is cause by something- allergies, smoking, a cold. If it is hanging around for more than a week or two, it would be a perfect thing to capture it checked out, as better safe than sorry. An infection can usually be aided next to antibiotics but not always. Good luck
