I hold vitamin pills which is overdue by a month just. Is it still ok to consume/any side effects if so?

Yeah, being surrounded by the military, I buy a huge supply of vitamins/medicine at a time. The only problem is that when I finally achieve around to taking it, it ususally has expired a few months more rapidly. I still take it, beside no negative effects.
They're probably still not dangerous, they just may not be as potent. After a certain time interval, drugs begin to break down, and that includes vitamins.
The potency's down on the label may enjoy been slightly reduced, but they are alright to steal.

Ear/Nose/mouth Pain..NOT TMJ?!?
For several years ive had on and stale ear pain, resembling a sharp pain within the inner ear or just underneath my ear. My nose sometimes hurts, and i discern like if i put pressure on my obverse than all the torment goes away. i thought it might enjoy to do with my teeth but i get my neccessary root canal and still ahve the cramp. It depends on where you live and what exactly you want done. I live contained by Texas and they are anywhere from $3,000-$9,000. After surgery I had NO headache. If you want the tip of your antenna worked on they might have to cut your antenna at the bottom, between your nostrils. Anyone own Interstitial Cystitis(IC) and is taking Elmiron?
I have Interstitial Cystitis(IC) and it cause me to experience painful sex so I be wondering if Elmiron helped near those types of symptoms of IC?Answers:
I've had IC for 7 years. I took Elmiron for the first 3 years of it and notice no significant change within symptoms except that i could eat more sour foods without as much of a problem. For the uncomfortable sex symptoms, talk to your Dr. going on for a topical anesthsia..I was competent to get a low percentage topical novicane cream to back with the aftermath of intercourse :)
The other piece that really helps me is drinking a TON of hose down afterwards, making sure you're emptying your bladder and using a cool washcloth to soothe afterwards.
However, as beside IC, the Elmiron effects everyone differently so it is always worth giving it a try!!

My wife have IC and Elmiron helps but with the sole purpose if you take it exactlly as the doc prescribed day by day. It also helps to stay away from drinks that hold any type of acid or caffeine contained by them. This pretty much limits you to hose which kinda sucks but supposedlly if you take the medication regularlly it strenthens the tissue so that you dont hold that problem anymore.

My old own flesh and blood friend just call my mom to tell her that her brother died! That's the 3rd brother to die surrounded by a year's time! (All 3 within months of respectively other...) This one she had a on edge relationship with and be going to call him on his birthday (tomorrow) to try to create peace. Apparently he died in church of a massive heart attack contained by his friend's arms. He was complaining of chest pains but his doc give him a clean bill of vigour. Why is that happening within her family? She's the individual child left and her mother is within the nursing home because she suffered a stroke (10 yrs ago and she is still taking care of her). Next, sounds to me close to heart disease and stroke are big in the house and I can't believe it wasn't discovered when he told his doctor, especially with the rest of the death. You didn't specify if the other deaths be heart related. Men are funny. He may have down played the spasm and it didn't make the doctor suspicious. Maybe an ring or even just a stress interview may have found something.
Just my feelings, I'm hardly a doctor. But if I be you, I'd make it a point to own yearly check ups and sort sure your doc knows your complete own flesh and blood history so they can keep a close eye on you as very well.

I have a similar situation with my grandmother. We have a good relationship but she have a stroke and had to run to a nursing home. I was contained by the Air Force and stationed in Alaska. I never wrote her and my mother wrote me and said that my GM would appreciate a dispatch.
I wrote a long letter and mail it to her. The next afternoon I got a telegram from my mother to inform me that my GM had died. I feel so guilty that I had not written sooner.
For your mom to enjoy 3 brothers die in 1 year is a huge shock to your Mom and to you too. It would grounds your mother to be more aware of her own mortality and have a concern that she may die soon.
