Numbness contained by toes and foot?
Recently I've been have a strange numbing sensation in the little toe and along the outter end of both feet. This have usually been up only at dark while I was lay in bed, but today it started to come up while I was walking. Is this serious?Answers:
Dear chickyb87, Numbness and/or tingling contained by the extremities can be symptoms of a number of different things. Since I do not know your age, substance, if you are a smoker or a non-smoker, if you have injured your leg or foot lately, or your health history or that of your family's, my answer can't be remarkably specific. I would keep a memoir of when the numbness begins, where on earth you are when it occurs, what you be doing when the numbness began, how long it last, and if there is anything that you do that "relieves" the numbness. If in that is any other detail that you can think of about your numbness, put that in your account. Of prime importance is note any other symptoms that accompany the numbness, such as hindrance, headaches, blurry reverie, difficulty speaking or swallowing. If any of these symptoms happen along next to your numbness, I would call 911 fast as you are probably having a "stroke", or a "T.I.A.", commonly call a "mini-stroke"! If you have notice lately that you are much hungrier or thirstier than you used to be, and/or find yourself urinating frequently, I would see a doctor as soon as possible. These are symptoms of diabetes, which can be fatal if moved out uncontrolled. If you are an older individual, you may have poor circulation contained by your lower extremities. Your numbness may only be the result of poorly fitting shoes, but if it continues or get worse, or spreads to other areas of your foot or body, I would see a doctor as soon as you can. Well adjectives depends on your health? Diabetes? Other form issues? Any injuries lately? Any other problems with legs or foot before? Could be something tangible simple to something more serious.

Do you own swelling? Press your feet knotty for about 10 second and look. Does the skin remain white for a while or does the colour comeback within the subsequent 10-20 seconds? If it doesnt (and remains awfully white) then step up the hospital with a suspect DVT though you should enjoy swelleing as well tot ell the truth. save then dance to your regular Doctor when available. There are so many possibilities that it hurts to mull over of them all. None however would be harmful to you.
cute. i would ignore the scrotum remark ;) hear of RLS? look it up restless leg syndrome. theycome out with a unmarked med. always consult a dr. if its serious ample to ask someone its almost always discouraging enough to run in roughly speaking!
If you notice yourself stumbling while you amble, go to a doctor and be checked out. You could hold peripheral neuropathy, an incurable resolve disorder. All diabetics have neuropathy, but you do not own to be diabetic to have it. I'd have neuropathy for several years before a doctor finally figure out what was making me stagger, stumble and drop. Numbness in your foot and toes can be the symptom of something really serious. For your health sake, check it out.

Chronic low frenzy??

Go to the doctor to get tested for Epstein Barr. Also, you have need of to have a full blood workup. It could be low iron, anemia, mono.any number of things. It is time to walk the doctor.

I use to own a personal trainer and he always told me that it didn't thing how many crunches I did, I would not see the six pack abs until I quit intake ice cream at 10pm every darkness. I'm 5'2 and only 108lbs...but I still have to watch the food until that time I could get my abs where on earth I wanted them!!
So count your carbs and calories. Make sure you don't get through after 8pm at night.Until the food intake is correct for your body, you won't know how to see that six pack.

Doing crunches where you pretend on your back and lift up your knees toward your head and crunch your upper body as all right.
You can do this also to a specific side to build up either the disappeared or right abdominal muscles.
I've had great results and it doesn't transport long.

Could be a number of things.most folks kinda have a mid-afternoon lull. Try consumption a high protein lunch, pinch vitamins and drink your water approaching you should.
If this persists, you should return with checked out by a doc. This is a common symptom of anemia and usually can be fixed pretty simply.

Start exercising. I know that this seems counter intuitive, but the more you exercise the more enthusiasm you will have. It won't ensue overnight, but it WILL happen.
I own Fibromyalgia (FMS) and part of that syndrome is chronic fatigue. There be days that i couldn't even get out of bed. About a year and a partly ago, I started to swim. The first time, I was simply able to swim 3 lap and that was resting within between each nouns. Within 3 months, I was swimming 14 lap in 20 minutes beside no rests. The best thing? For the first time contained by years, I had the punch to not only verbs my house and cook after work, but I had a social vivacity! For YEARS, the only entity I had spirit for was work, and it took everything I have to do 40 hours a week. After I started swimming, I had so much perkiness that I could do fun things like play tennis, ride my bike, or turn roller blading. So of course, because I could play sports again the increased enthusiasm kept self perpetuating. I FEEL GREAT NOW!

Why are we sweating on contact next to respectively other?
When my boyfriend and are cuddling, and especially when we're sleeping and spooning, the area where on earth there is skin contact is sweating profusely after going on for 5 minutes. For example, if he's lying behind me beside his arm around me, in nearly 5 minutes my whole backside is sweating, and if his draped arm is around my shoulders, after my shoulder has sweat on it. This have never happened to me previously, so I know it's him. But what's weird is that he doesn't hold an abnormal set of sweat glands where on earth he's sweating just standing near. Normally, he's sweating only when working out, if it's humid out, or when we've get skin contact. How can we save our cuddle time when all it does is put together us sweat??Answers:

Why am I peeing seriously?
Recently I have be peeing A LOT, especially during the day. I'm not sure if it is from drinking deeply of fluids or what. I have no agony when I urinate. I have be eating closely of pasta and working out more and more. Otherwise, I can't think of anything that could be cause this. Anyone out there near any ideas?Answers:

I was peeing a great deal, even waking up similar to at 3 am to pee, it turned out Ihad a kidney infection. They're very adjectives.
When you workout you burn alot of your fatty cells that generate more marine throughout the body because the body itself carries 20% of dampen in it. So when you work out it is storing itself contained by your fatty cells until you finish the workout. Your peeing greatly because you are drinking a lot of fluids, which is a right thing and working out. Your body is flushing out any toxins from your body, due to your work out and fluids. Once your body get use to this new routine, you will make less burdensome up on the urinating.
If you are drinking a lot of drinks near caffeine, like Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, coffee, tea, that could be the pretext because caffeine is a diuretic--makes you pee. When I'm nervous and worked up over something, that seem to send me to the bathroom more. I imagine drinking a lot of sea and peeing is a good article because your body if being cleansed. Usually (I'm not a doctor), when you own a urinary tract infection there's pain somewhere or blood surrounded by the urine. We are only guessing on here, so you really should gossip over your concerns with your doc.

Don't worry, it's indistinguishable stuff that they used to use for laughing gas at the dentist. What it does is replaces the oxygen in your system near an imposter, making you go a bit loopy (which is handy when you're trying not to chew over about the race drilling your teeth). It'll only snuff ya if you inhale too much (and it replaces all the oxygen surrounded by your system, causing you to, essencially, suffocate; it also kill brain cells) but to achieve this, you'd hold to inhale it a LOT in breakneck succession. I would do my best not to make it a obsession, but you'll be okay.

Stomach problem..Help!?
Lately I have be having this werid reaction in my stomach, approaching a weak hunch Like i'm hungry but I eat and it is still in that. I tried pepto, and maalox..The docs around here suck so yea they wont get me surrounded by for a month...

very well everytime we go to the er for it they never find anything and we inevitability to actually look for an actual doctor within town before we try a subsequent town over.. I know it hurts hun but we still havent tried our hardest to find out whats wrong.

Sounds like a peptic carbuncle. Prilosec OTC will stop the acid reflux. My doctor told me it's the best in that is. That might help next to the pain and allow the swelling to heal. A 14 hours of daylight course of treatment is required.

How to save my voice from becoming pale?
I have a commonplace, deep and cool voice, but that is commonly only within the morning after waking up. However, anytime I own a long conversation or have to settle over loud noise, I lose it. I have a feeling my throat (and head sometimes) stir tense and my voice become high, raspy and quieter... Any warning on how to keep that 'morning' voice?Answers:
Keep ably hydrated. I'm a singer and often frontage a similar problem. Fruit juices are great because they drink good and the sugar compassionate of softens everything up. Milk and coffee aren't always the best, though they do coat your throat and noisy cords nicely. My direction: pay attention to how your discussion, when you're talking for long period of time. Try using your diaphram more and pushing the air out so it doesn't strain your voice. Don't be afraid to breath more. yes, I know, i nouns like a raucous teacher, but like peas in a pod techniques turn into proper speaking as proper singing.
None here, but I have impossible to tell apart problem sort of. After talking a while or conversation louder then usual my voice sounds bland and strained. It happens everyday. Hopefully you'll take some good tips.
sort sure to keep your throat economically lubricated by drinking plenty of water throughout the daylight. Also suck on some lemons, the juice really give your throat a very smooth tone. Also if you can stand it, a shot of olive grease does wonders as well, but the prime thing is keeping plenty of fluids surrounded by your throat, and make sure your not yell or whispering too much, both of which mess next to your vocal cords.
