Blurred, darkened phantasm, dizzyness flashes for 3-5 second?

I've had these adjectives my life, when I be little I used to think they be hot flashes... before I know what those were, anyone own any idea what they could be? I grasp them about once a year, very disorganized!!

i'm a 28 yo guy, 6' and 12.5st. why do i alway feel tired after lunch, on average 1pm. i chomp through ok, i think
draw from up at 5.30am have breakfast at 10am cereal
lunch at 1pm usually a sandwich
dinner at 5pm, a cooked spread
supper, a bit of toast around 9pm then surrounded by bed sleeping for 10pm.

Sounds stress related, but i always return with tired just after lunchtime at work aswell. It happen to us all, its only just your body processing the food. Best idea is to gulp down a couple cups of coffe and grasp some fresh air, or work within a cooler environment. Do something active, this will remove the reaction of tiredness.

Excerciseing every few days is the best way to net you sleep at night, and not touch tired during the day. Obviously you attain up early so going to bed around 10pm would be advisable. Go to the gym or play football after work every couple of days and get through fruit and veg, this will make u have a feeling 100% better.

Its also true that you need at smallest 6 hours sleep per night, this is 2 sleep cycles that your brain wants to recouperate each hours of darkness. If you dont get this respectively night, the subsequent day you will be thought it all sunshine! At the same time, dont oversleep too much at weekends, this other mucks my body clock up!

Help!, I own freshly be diagnosed beside chronic IBS!?

At last I hold a name for adjectives the symptoms I have be suffering from for months now. The bloatedness, the tierdness, the rumbling tummy, the acute backache, but I really don't know where to start contained by helping myself to deal next to the symptoms.

I have be prescribed Colofac by my GP and take Codeine as powerfully as I find this really helps me cope next to the pain. However what I really necessitate some help near is my diet, does anyone know what foods are best to avoid etc.

My IBS is definately brought on by stress, so I am looking into ways of trying to relax and have booked myself a Reflexology session, which I own always enjoy and which I believe may help.

Hi! I have so frequent patients with this it is a discouraged fact. I live close to the Twin Towers in NYC and the nouns is still affected by the terrorists attacks. A lot of ancestors are still upset when we have a red or red alert.
The pain meds will give support to, but most important is diet and reducing stress and study to stop putting so much emotional pressure on yourself.
Massage and yoga will assistance a lot as very well.
Diet should be very bland and flowing to digest. Alcohol, excess sugars and low carb foods are a disaster. Nuts or small seeds and lots of soda or caffeine do not sustain relax the bowel. Their are many diets on the net and all you call for to look up is Diets for IBS. It will list too plentiful for me to mention here. I found that most of patients started on oatmeal, lots of pasta and chicken. Nothing fried or heavy within fats except olive grease. Exercises like long walk in the park or on the seaside are calming and assistance relax the bowel. Talk to a support group on line and that will also aid. If you have any other question, please ask. I enjoy had IBS for years first of adjectives stop taking codeine it causes more headache than it stops, most pain killer cause me cramp in my stomach and bowels.
as far as food go it seems to vary for each entity what they can eat and how it affects them, most nation i know with IBS hold to avoid all fruit but i find melon and papaya don't upset it at adjectives, avoid any acidic foods. I also own a big problem with dairy products, i can't drink milk at adjectives but sometimes i can have a small amount of cheese or rime cream if i am careful.
I don't find so much of a problem next to wheat and other bread products as some others tend to but i do suffer greatly from nausea and lack of appetite. I devour melon or papaya when i have nausea and when i enjoy no appetite i eat pizza. i also maintain snacks like unsalted peanuts and raisins to stop me snacking on things that my stomach doesn't approaching.

Try adding and removing suspect things from your diet until you know exactly what you can and can't chomp through, you can control the pain near your diet once you are familiar beside your stomachs needs.

I bit my cheek the other year, could it be infected?

Okay, so I have these "scars" on the insides of my cheeks, hard by my lips that be caused from braces and the insides of my cheeks resting against the exposed chain... They have never gone away, and they loving of stick out, and it makes it so biting my cheek while consumption is quite adjectives.

A few days ago I bit one of those scars pretty complicated. And the bitten part rests right against the point of my "I" tooth (is it "I" or "eye"??)... anyway... it really hurts.

This morning I looked at it contained by the mirror, and it was really red beside white in the middle. I THINK it's a moment ago red because it's resting against the point of that tooth and getting irritated, and the white is just because the skin is limp around the puncture.

First of adjectives, no need to madness. Take if from me I'm an expert at mouth sores. (I have a occasional disorder that causes mouth ulcer when it flares up.) The reason your scar are raised or puffed up slightly is because sometimes when wounds treat, the scars will "keloid". (kee-loyd). That's common, but sure get surrounded by the way when you're chewing sometimes. (I can't even chew gum for biting my cheeks.)

Your sore (also call an ulcer) is red with a white center. No, it will NOT leach pus or pop like a pimple. There is some infection, becuase our mouths are FULL of microbes. The worst thing you can do is keep hold of messing with it, and try not to keep hold of "tounging" it. (natural habit). The white center shows that it is trying to heal. It's more of a protective covering over the puncture. Here's how to treat it up.

1) Swish with peroxide for going on for 30 sec, spit but don't rinse. You'll see a little "foaming" on the sore, that's helping to take out the infection.
2) Go to the store to the area where on earth the Orajel and Ambesol is - usually by the toothpaste. There are several things you can get, some numb the sore, others own medication in them. Try to find one that you apply (I deem Colgate or Crest makes it) beside a q-tip type applicator. It's kind of resembling "superglue" for your mouth. It will seal over your sore and relieve heal faster since it rubs on your tooth. In a few days it will be gone.

If you're prone to biting your cheeks or maw on accident (like me), hold on to some of this on hand adjectives the time.

Probably not infected. If you are really worried more or less it, get some antiseptic mouthwash and use somewhat of it on the wound. It will hurt when you apply it, burns pretty bad, but it will disinfect the wound strictly completely. If the problem persists, I would probably stir see your doctor and ask for advice from nearby.

Yesterday I started having sharp pains within my left shoulder. Sometimes when I put them on and every time when I raise my left arm beside the drums on.

What causes it? It get to be so much if I wear my drums the right way that I want to compromise, which I can't do.

I dunno but sometimes when i'm afraid I start to gulp... and I can't even control it ... it's like the saliva must travel in... to some extent painfull and sometimes and the only instrument you can ease yourself is to gulp but consequently your throat moves and people can make clear to you're afraid...

uncommon. I don't gulp. I think I any sweat or get chills. It is newly how your body reacts to apprehension. There isn't anything you can do except try to talk to your doctor.
don't know but next to me when afraid of something I have difficulty swallowing anything and sometimes receive extremely dizzy. I have a bit of claustrophobia. However I obverse my fear everytime I use an elvevator! It's the quickest passageway to get to the top floor within the building I work in. Luckily I don't work on the top floor. I'm on the prime floor but get sent on errands/tasks to the top floor and to bottom floor!

Problem next to my ear?

I've already been to the Dr. for my ear infection which started 10 days ago. I've taken almost adjectives of my antibiotics, and my ear still is clogged. It's not really in dull pain, I just can't hear powerfully out of it. What can I do to be able to hear again? I'm waiting for my Dr. bureau to open so I can beckon, but until then, anyone know? Yeah, could be an infection, could be wax, but if time go by with it, please progress see an ENT specialist and you might have a small bone surrounded by there closing surrounded by. Wanted worry too much, the docs should know how to sort it out and if not see the ENT! pious luck!

You probably have an excessive amount of wax within your ear. You can take some peroxide and "boil" the wax out of your ear. The doctor may own you go to the department for what they call a ear levaze (spelling) that mode clean out your ears. It is a painless procedure that a moment ago washes out your ears. Had it done oodles times.
