I think it's white...or black...one of the two. If your boss itches abnormally normally, I'd have someone look through your hair(Doctor probably best) and check to be sure. And if you do own it, wash everything you can contained by your house(pillow cases, bed sheets, etc) to get rid of it so it can't spread. Oh, and go and get a new brush/comb.

Wow.. it sounds to me approaching she is likely short some enzyme. I would recommend taking her to a nutritionist or natural doctor to see if they can find out what enzyme she is missing and/or the dose of enzyme that would be the best for her to run.
