I've been have fatigue all week. Went to the ER 'cause I read it can be a sign of heart attack surrounded by women. Also I had anemia up to that time. Dr. said that's only a symptom for women over 55. Then he looked at my palms to see if I have anemia. I told him I was also a bit jittery. He asked if I looked-for to see a psychologist.Answers:

usually the best thing to use for bug bites is an anti-histamine. it take away the itch and soothes it for awhile. Anti-histamines get rid of the "poison" that the bug have in its bite. They are available anywhere surrounded by the pharmacy area
dude this really works...whip some benadryl if it makes you have a feeling better but before bed rub a small more or less of liquid soap...appendage soap, dish soap etc...let it dry and the itch stops...it really works!

I went to the doctor not long, and he said i'm healthly except, that I should lay offall the fast food. But I hang on to getting tempted to guzzle it. How can I stop? I'm not over weight i'm 29 and I weigh 125 pounds.Answers:
I'm surrounded by the same boat. I love rapid food, but I'm not over weight. I've cut course down becasue of college though. Having food readily available help a lot. Also I get a summer job at McDonalds and let just read aloud I dont really feel similar to eating it relatively as much anymore. It's hard to stop drinking it, but just try to maintain healthy food youlike stocked surrounded by your house, and stuff that is express and easy to prepare.

I wouldn't say I enjoy an addiction to fast food, but a few years backbone, I would grab something to drink when I got out of college and on my way to work. Now I get through fast food (subway sandwhiches) more or less once every month or sometimes even none, I pack and make my own meal, and buy lots of fruits and vegetables for when ever I am craving a crunch, and at the moment I haven't ate a fast food for just about three months now, and I quality fantastic with adjectives this extra enegry.

Final Fantasy XI is an online antic with various expansion packs. If you want some Final Fantasy recomendations, afterwards I am the man to ask. I'll start with FFVI (released as Final Fantasy Anthologies for the PS1) This is my favorite. It have dates graphics, but the storyline is cool. FFVII for the PS1 be the first 3d one, and a friggin masterpiece. FFVIII for the PS1 is pious, but not that good. deffinitly worth checking out, though. FFIX for the PS1 have the best ending, and is ONE HELL OF AN ADVENTURE. FFX sucks, stay away from it. I haven't played the online one, nor the single player one that comes after it (FFXII) But I hope that this help. If you check out FFVI, FFVII, and FFIX, you will absolutely not be dissappointed. (Plus, they are on the PS1, so they should cost a touch less...)

Sleeping problems??
Ok so im going to an overnight camp subsequent week for 5 nights. I return with homesick ALOT and it only happen when im in bed. And usually it take me at least 2 hours to drip asleep when im at someones house. Somtimes i panic and cry and stuff to. I be just wondering if anyone know any ideas on how to take you to go to bed well without any meds or food. please oblige.Answers:

Your problem is not uncommon- I used to have a strong time falling asleep when i was stressed or too excited and i found out here are some easy ways to assist calm you down since bedtime. First, dont eat anything after 9 pm- especially sugars (which include bread, crackers, chips and other "white" foods)
as they will hang on to you up and make you more anxious. Second, exercise throughout the sunshine REALLY helps your body to be tired by bed time. The more outside, fresh nouns you get, the better. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Exercise regularly at least possible 4 days a week, with some aerobic exercises approaching jogging, swimming, etc. Eat a good balanced diet. Don't drink, smoke or do drugs. Alcohol and marijuana will brand you sleepy no matter how plentiful hours you sleep. Also, get a checkup. Maybe you hold some kind of invisible medical problem. Study hard kid.
