I'm 37 and newly had my tonsils out contained by January. They had be enlarged for over 15 years. I had problems if I have a cold that they would get really swollen and if I laid on my rear they would partially block my throat. I'm sleeping much better very soon - and I don't have to verbs about getting food stuck contained by my throat any more.
