I'm curious to see what's in my medical paperwork.I understand that I hold a right to see them.
How should I go nearly it? Could I just phone up my doctor's surgery and ask to see them? Do I call for to pay?

Why am I craving so masses sweets?

You might try calling your local AA little house. These places aren't staffed, per se, you never know who will pick up the phone, but probability are it will be someone caring that know every rehab program in the county.
However, if she isn't prepared to change highest parts of her life, near is no 'getting her treated'. An alcoholic treats themselves, with the support of others.

Migraines, how do you know if they are chronic?
