I have notice lately that my when my fiance falls asleep he tends to snore loud, and later it looks like he is gasping for nouns for a second. He stops and then breathes.What could that be?

Steam Room vs Sauna Room?

I'm currently on a Detox diet. A few months back I get really sick and was hospitalized for two months, put on bed rest, and powerless to do anything but eat. I used to be a material athlete, varsity basketball, volleyball, track, tennis the works. Now I'm thirty lbs over weight and can't motivate myself to lose mass. I went on the Nutrisystem diet, adjectives it did was cart 300 bucks out of my account and exit me with smaller breakfast time portions. Blah blah blah, all I really am looking for are some cardio exercises that don't enjoy anything to do with running. to keep ur metabolism revved up, while wacthing tv, do some squats and lungeswithout weights, ab exercises. drink plenty of sea preferably cool water.
